Episode 26: Bullying
The next morning, Aizakawa was having breakfast while still thinking about what happened yesterday. When he stepped outside, Mialethra was already waiting for him. The two of them walked to school together, chatting casually.
Mialethra said,
> "Aizakawa, have you heard today's gossip?"
Aizakawa, who knew nothing yet, replied,
> "Nope. After defeating Maharoga, I just took the train home and went straight to sleep. Didn't even check my phone… too much chaos lately."
Mialethra continued,
> "You know Shodo from Class 11A? They said he got punched by that quiet student from 11C—Saon—because Shodo claimed Miyuki was his girlfriend."
Aizakawa, clearly uninterested, said,
> "And you actually believe that?"
Mialethra shrugged,
> "Not really. I mean, since he already has a girlfriend, maybe he's the one cheating."
Aizakawa actually knew the real story, but he chose to stay silent—he didn't want to stir things up without solid proof.
When they arrived at school, as usual, they became the center of attention and remained the school idols. They split up near the shoe lockers. There, Aizakawa noticed that Saon's locker was filled with trash.
He approached and said,
> "Excuse me, you're Saon-senpai, right? Nice to meet you, I'm Aizakawa."
But Saon immediately ran away, terrified by Aizakawa's overwhelming aura.
In the hallway, Aizakawa overheard students gossiping:
> "Saon's so disgusting."
"Yeah, he should just drop out already."
Aizakawa asked one of them,
> "Excuse me, what's going on exactly?"
The student answered,
> "Oh, Aizakawa-sama… it's about the incident where Saon punched Shodo."
Then, Shodo appeared, surrounded by his fan club. Aizakawa glanced at him briefly, uninterested.
As he reached his classroom, he was bumped into by Subaki and Tsubasa, making him fall. He called out to Mialethra for help, but she ignored him—he'd forgotten she was still mad at him.
Class began. Aizakawa sent her a message:
> "Let's meet at the rooftop during first break."
Mialethra replied,
> "Okay."
---
During break time, Aizakawa headed to the rooftop first, while Mialethra stopped by the cafeteria to buy food. On her way, she saw Shodo bullying Saon again.
Saon, overwhelmed with frustration, finally fought back and punched Shodo, causing a huge misunderstanding.
Shodo shouted,
> "See?! I'm the victim here! Why doesn't anyone believe me?!"
Everyone sided with Shodo and yelled,
> "Gross, Saon! Just die already!"
Saon broke down in tears—no one believed him.
At that moment, Mialethra appeared and shouted,
> "That's enough, senpai!"
Meanwhile, up on the rooftop, Aizakawa started to feel impatient.
> "What's taking her so long…?"
He finally decided to go look for her.
Shodo turned to Mialethra and said mockingly,
> "Who do you think you are? Don't butt in!"
But everyone immediately froze when they realized she was Aizakawa's girlfriend. They stepped back, afraid to get involved.
Meanwhile, Aizakawa searched the cafeteria for Mialethra but couldn't find her. Instead, he spotted discounted durian bread—his favorite—and couldn't resist buying it.
---
Back at the scene, one of Shodo's lackeys whispered,
> "Boss, we should run. If Aizakawa shows up, we're dead."
But Shodo ignored him and yelled,
> "Why did you pick him?! I'm the victim here!!"
Mialethra replied,
> "Even if you're the victim, this has gone too far."
Then, out of nowhere, Shodo grabbed Mialethra's wrist roughly.
At that exact moment, Aizakawa arrived—still munching on durian bread.
Everyone bowed their heads in fear as his presence filled the air.
Aizakawa glared coldly and said,
> "What did you just do to my girlfriend?"
Panicking, Shodo pushed Mialethra toward Aizakawa, but Aizakawa caught her easily.
Mialethra thanked him, and Aizakawa offered her a piece of the durian bread.
Shodo yelled,
> "So you're her boyfriend, huh?!"
Aizakawa's temper started to rise, but he still held back.
Shodo, refusing to back down, tried to punch Aizakawa—but Aizakawa caught his arm and snapped it instantly.
Shodo screamed in pain,
> "I'll report you to my father! He's a high-ranking official! You'll regret this!"
Aizakawa just laughed,
> "A government official? I'm friends with the President."
Terrified, Shodo and his gang immediately fled.
Saon approached and thanked both Aizakawa and Mialethra.
However, a new rumor had already started spreading—this time involving Aizakawa and Mialethra themselves.
---
Elsewhere, Kagelapan was seen speaking with a high-ranking government official—
the very same man who happened to be Shodo's father.
