Episode 17: The Teacher
The homeroom teacher said,
> "Class, today we have a new student. Please come in."
Aizakawa was shocked—the new student was the girl he had saved before.
Both of them introduced themselves and were given seats right next to Aizakawa, on his left and right sides.
Classes went on as usual, but behind them, Mialethra looked confused, wondering why Aizakawa seemed to know the new girl.
When the break bell rang, Aizakawa and Mialethra went up to the school rooftop to eat lunch together.
Suddenly, two girls—Subaki and Tsubasa—approached them.
Without hesitation, both confessed their love and asked Aizakawa to be their boyfriend.
Aizakawa was stunned, realizing that the two of them had fallen in love with him.
He didn't know what to say or who to choose.
But before he could respond, his phone rang—
his teacher was calling him to come to the teacher's office.
Aizakawa apologized to Mialethra and left the three girls behind.
When he arrived, he asked,
> "What is it, ma'am?"
Mrs. Senon, his teacher, replied,
> "You haven't received your practical test score yet because you were busy saving your home planet. So, I'll assign you to teach at an elementary school for a while. That will count as your practical score."
Aizakawa agreed immediately—after all, he needed that score.
He then went to the elementary school and began teaching.
At first, the children were difficult to handle and refused to listen, but Aizakawa remained patient.
Over time, the students started to learn, grow smarter, and admire him deeply.
One day, the children gave Aizakawa a drawing they had made for him.
Touched by their kindness, Aizakawa smiled and promised,
> "I'll protect all of you… always."
The next morning, the children eagerly waited for Aizakawa to arrive.
But suddenly—
a nuclear missile appeared in the sky…
and struck the school.
