Chapter 4:"Red Moon"
"Anki of Defense, you are truly worthy of your title, I have little to nothing to say to you"
Damon's expression turned cold.
"But the next time you Interrupt me in any form or manner, you will pay dearly" Damon said calmly with no animosity in his voice "know your place." silence permitting the training hall.
Gilgamesh clicked his tongue "This bastard !" this was the first time anyone dared speak to a commander in such manner. "He is more audacious than I thought, Truly maddening."
He stared at Damon scratching his head.
"But i can not deny it ,he is a man who fears no strength. A man who bows to no presence.That is the lord I want to follow."
Gilgamesh smiled. For some reason, he did not hate the boy, instead he envied him, his courage. In hisnthougts his mind driffted to events of the past.
"If I was audacious enough then, would she still be alive" he felt like he stood before the world as nothing more than a mere ant.
"Young Lord, I offer my apology."Anki spoke as he bowed with calm restraint.
"But young lord, I once heard from the Ancestor that you could not cultivate yet i watch you flinge a 300 ton mace effortlessly no one below baptism realm can perform such feats yet...".
Silence permitted the training ground. Gilgamesh's eyes widened in disbelief, he never questioned it before but the young lord was truly strange, In the past, the Young Lord failed to gain mastery over any martial technique even the basic ones.
All eyes fell upon Damon, it was really strange, the training mace that weighed abot three hundred tons yet he held It effortlessly in the grip of his palm.
"Ha, how ? How does he hold it with such ease?" Whispers spread. Shock filled the onlookers eyes,Damon coughed lightly.
"Why do you all concern yourselves with others secret ?" His voice was calm. He flung the mace toward Gilgamesh's chest. He caught it, but to his surprise it felt light in his hands, but before he could think it suddenly became heavier , A faint smile curved upon Damons lips.
Without a word, he leaped into the crowd of onlookers vansihing from there sight."Gilgamesh, do you see why I called you here ?"Anki spoke coldly, his eyes fixed on the distant sky. Gilgamesh stayed silent.
"Tell me where you have seen someone with ruptured veins display such strength and confidence?"
Anki spoke with open excitement,"honestly I do not blame him for his excitement, this land, hahaha Avalonia is about turn up !."
Those who witnessed this bizarre display of strength, felt deep excitement within them. Meanwhile Damon moved through the hall
"Now this is how one announces his presence."Damon said to himself, a grin spread across his face.
Soon enough, he reached his room.
"I may lack cultivation due to my circumstances, But Glory to divinity flowing through every realm."
Damon said to himself ,while leaping onto his bed, Laughter burst within him.
"O divinity !"
On damons words the divinity he pulled from the firmament of Power spilled outward enveloping his room "in my past life our place of power came from our temples, thatwas our place of power.
"note: in damons previous world they didn't have cores it was more like temples"
Filled with the presence of divinity." Damon said, as divinity covered his room I shall make this place my temple of power" Damon's goal was to bring his world's power system into this new world where only him ruled supreme.
Immediately two pillers irrect at the middle, each possesded diffrent carvings on them . The first "the piller of strength" possess the carvings of two asura battling through the heavens, there intent to kill each other was so intense it could be felt out of the piller.
The other piller "the piller of control" this had an ancient devil sitting in a lotus position, its horns so long it displayed it's rank as an Ancestor, its left hand was placed on it's lips like it was telling one to keep quiet, will the right hand was placed on the right side of its head, It's gaze looked like it wanted to jump into one's soul.
Damon smiled in satisfaction "two pillers will do for now" his room felt more alive like those three entities where present in that room, not only that damons perception powers increased "now shall we find those rats!" Damon said those words the piller of control let out a hum, a burst of energry was let out like a slow pulse "mewww", scanning the whole void mansion for any oddities .
"The more divinity, the more pillers i gain and the more rooms i unlock." Damon said to himself. Like a bolt of lightning he saw the faces of over 8 maids and butlers each of them where strong experts of the baptism realm but one stood out as he was at the middle stage yomi realm, " how didnt the void people notice this fucking bastards with parasites in there brains."
What was more vexing to Damon was the fact that his mother Dora laid unconscious in her room as two of the maids conversed, worse of all was the fact that the middle stage yomi cultivator guarded the door, "They dare!" Rage showed on Damon's face.
Now that Damon had claimed the ground as his holy grounds he didnt want a single parasite within it, quickly he sat splitting his soul into 4 sudo souls "thanks to the piller of control i have total dominace over my body, soul and mind." Damon said coldly as the four sudo souls moved in difrent directions.
They resembled small devil spawns carved from the image of Damon's soul They each laughed in unisonsound there voice echoed like humming ghost, they carried one purpose, to devour the souls of those with the parisite sitting on there brains .
Soon, one of Damon's sudo souls drifted toward Dora's room Damon's mother.
She laid inside as the two maids conversed" simon is waiting for us out side lets move before the people of the void notice"a middle aged lady named helen spoke.
The fragment paused listening into there conversation, "since the young lord awoken alot of things have started changing, if we don't move now everything will go down the drain."
A sharp anger showed on the sudo clones expression."Ooh just wait i shall dance with you alls heads."
Then his gaze returned on the butler "This bastard carries more strength than any butler in this house.Ordinary butlers barely temper their bodies, but this one stands firm, Breath steady, Presence sealed, no wasted motion.
He hides it well,Too well."
Damon could see the parasite sitting upon the butlers brain.
"I lack possession rights over a body this strong, Limits exist, options remain."
The sudo soul slid along the corridor walls. It sank through shadows "if i can not possess the body, why not posses the parasite" he said an evil grin showing on his face "Direct access to the brain" he said manipulating the sudo soul .
The butler did not move as he didnt notice Soul seal, Damon body smiled in his temple "possession complete". the hunt begins now.
Damon took full control over the parasite gaining full control over the buttlers body like that of a puppeter, his counsious was active but his body was no longer his, "What has come over me who are you let me go" the butler raged within but he was met with a little giggle so faint but audible, Like a possed doll he forced the door open, dashing inside.
"Honey, what is wrong?" Helen reacted in shock. All she could see was her husband charging toward her, no hesitation, no warmth just a certainty of death.
Within the butlers head he screamed in horror, "please spare her !, I will do any thing !"
Damon grinned within his mind "But i do not seek anything from you just your lives."
"Please, spare her!" the butler raged from within, but he was only met with Damons moching laughter, Then Damon mimicked his voice.
"Please spare her!, pls spare her!, no I will not !"
The words pierced the air, fear struck Helen "we have been connered" she spoke in fear as the two maids entered a battle stance, the butlers body kept moving forward,she knew they where in danger but to her surprise the sevond maid came inlike a breeze of movement.
The second maid lunged, daggers drawn, intercepting the attack, "Simon, what is the meaning of this?, are trying to come against our lord red moon" Her voice rang out, energy surged.
Peak Yomi Realm cultivation flared from her being "ahhh she hides her strenght well."3
