When 19-year-old Sosuke Ginjo moves from his rural Hokkaido fishing village to a run-down Tokyo apartment, he expects a humble, lonely start to his new life. What he doesn't expect is a gorgeous apartment manager in her forties, a mysterious system rewards him for raising women’s "favorability," and a building seemingly filled with beautiful female tenants.
