Andria's POV
"I don't understand. What do you mean?" the Luna asked.
"The culprit may not even be the suspect," he replied.
"Let's call Mel first, since she was present at the game night, and she lives in the apartment with them," the Luna insisted.
I was lost in thought, studying Sir Kaelric. His gestures, his words, and his mannerisms all seemed too mechanical and stand-offish, as if he were pretending to play against me.
Something must have gone wrong somewhere, and I must find out what that is. But now is just not the right time to ask such questions.
"Allison, send for a guard behind the door," the headmistress commanded.
Allison walked briskly towards the door, her head held high in a dramatic posture. She returned a few seconds later with two guards.
I swallowed a chuckle. What does the council need two guards for? Just to get Mel?.
"You brought two?" The Luna asked.
"Yes, I thought you might be needing two," Allison said, twisting her lips a little.
