We left them there, went out for food and games, and came back 10 hours later.
By the time we returned, they looked like overcooked meat in the blazing sun. I dropped the barrier and we left.
We finished our errands, but right before reaching the mountain, we remembered we forgot to watch a movie. So we turned back and hit the cinema. Watched the best anime ever. Then finally headed to Ebisu (Delta).
That's when something swallowed us—and we found ourselves in a whole new world.
As we wandered, a cute, pretty slime appeared—but not for Kai. He tried to throw it, but I stopped him. He always has some balls when it comes to attitude.
The slime escorted us to the castle. We entered—and saw a hot chick and a man clinging to her, along with Delta.
Delta said, "You found one? Is this the friend you mentioned? Nice to meet you."
And just like that, we were fully assembled—ready to really get to know each other.
It took Zephyr a while, but he finally said it—he did something he's been waiting to do for a long time:

I replied, "Oh? It's not like that. I just didn't want to be the group leader, that's all."
Then Kai said, "Well, I want to be leader."
Zephyr snapped, "No way that's happening! You're the one always bragging about how to beat everyone who annoys you. So shut the hell up and drop your bully act."
Kazuki said, "Then maybe I should be leader?"
Noa replied, "Nah. Not even in your dreams."
So we turned to her. "What about you, Noa?"
She shrugged. "I mean, I already have a man. He should lead, not me. That job's not for me."
I turned to Zephyr. "What about you, Zeph? You good with leading?"
He replied, "Nah… I don't think I'm suited for that kind of role."
I shook my head. "What the hell, bro? Aren't you the one who's gonna marry a princess and rule a kingdom someday? Come on, have faith in yourself!"
Zephyr looked down for a second. "But… do you guys really believe in me?"
We all nodded. "Yeah, we do."
He hesitated. "What if I make mistakes?"
I said, "Then you learn. If you don't, even better. Either way, we're all human. So do it anyway."
Finally, Zephyr smiled. "Okay. I'll be the leader."
We all cheered. "Finally! Let's celebrate!"
The slime brought out so much food and set up a huge table. Then it started blasting music—thankfully, it was Brazilian phonk and funk. Kazuki already knew my taste.
I jumped right in and started dancing. Even though people from Brazil came here over 300 years ago, their dances kind of got forgotten. But as long as I'm alive, I'll keep passing it on—even to my future son. Brazilian phonk and funk are masterpieces to me.
While I danced, a chill phonk track started playing. Kazuki and Noa changed their clothes and began dancing salsa. We recorded everything and even edited a video out of it.
