Chapter 237 - 237. Training Plan (2)

Kaito also understood the feelings within the estate. Many of his family members were eager to experience the outside world. They were tired of being confined, limited only to the ancestral grounds. By linking his plan to the voices of the elders and to the hope of freedom, he was certain that when the vote came, the decision would tilt in his favor. That would ensure the path ahead was smoother and without unnecessary resistance.

Thinking through it all, Kaito allowed himself a small smile. Everything was fitting into place. His plan wasn't just about strengthening individuals it was about aligning the entire family on one direction. By the time the ancestral ceremony arrived, they would not only have the resources distributed but also the momentum needed to step out into the world together.

For half an hour, he and Kia worked closely, refining details, adjusting allocations, and making sure no one was overlooked. Every cousin, every elder had a role to play, and the resources they were given matched their needs perfectly. Even the servants and guards in the ancestral estate were included, as they also in his previous stood with his family during the hard times, so their loyalty was already tested and would remain firm and so he had decided to let their strength would grow alongside the family.

When the last of the notes was saved, the two of them reviewed the plan once more. It was clean, organized, and precise. If followed correctly, it would raise the overall strength of the ancestral estate rapidly.

Kaito then thought, satisfied. "If they stick to this," he said quietly, "the family's power will explode in the coming days."

At this time, the only ones in the ancestral estate who were not playing Glory were the members of the guard team. Everyone else, including the younger generation and most of the elders, were already active in the game. Aside from the guard team, there were also around twenty to thirty servants who managed the daily affairs of the ancestral estate. Kaito had also included them as well in his broader plan for strengthening the estate.

Fortunately, Kia had already copied and stored all the techniques and knowledge books they had obtained from the library ruins. With that database as backup, Kaito no longer needed to go to the Ren family library to search for manuals. Instead, he could simply ask Kia to provide him with a suitable technique whenever required.

For the guards of the ancestral estate, he chose a very basic but reliable cultivation technique. This was the same foundational manual that had been given to the family guards of the Ren family villa. It was neutral in nature, without any elemental attribute, and could be practiced all the way to Rank 9. It was named the Ever flow Martial Canon. The name was simple and carried a calm, spiritual tone, reflecting the steady growth it provided to its practitioners.

His grandfather had already broken this technique into nine stages, matching the nine martial ranks. Instead of giving out the complete manual, only the required section was distributed to each guard based on their current cultivation rank. This ensured they could progress steadily without being overwhelmed or tempted to skip steps and also prevented any unwanted leaks.

The strongest among the Ren family villa guards was Ronan, the vice leader of the family guard team, who had already been entrusted with the second stage of the Ever flow Martial Canon.

In addition to the Ever flow Martial Canon, Kaito also asked Kia to search for martial arts techniques suitable for the guards to practice. He didn't want them limited to a single style, so he included a variety different weapons, fist arts, leg arts, and other basic martial skills. This way, each guard could choose a style that suited them best.

He didn't stop with the guards. The same martial techniques were added to the family's training plan as well, giving his cousins and other members options to build solid foundations. Kaito also asked Kia to prepare something specifically for him. He had already decided earlier that he wanted to pick up a fist technique and a leg technique to complement his swordsmanship. With Kia's help, he found suitable basics and included them in the overall plan.

For now, he only chose basic-level techniques for distribution. These were safe to practice and easy for beginners to learn. The advanced techniques would not be handed out freely. Instead, at last Kaito and Kia had also devised a contribution system to regulate some advanced resourced including the advanced techniques. Under this system, both family members and guards would complete assigned tasks to earn contribution points. These points could then be exchanged for advanced techniques, rare resources, or higher-grade potions, weapons, armors etc.

The purpose of this system was clear to Kaito. He didn't want the family to fall into the habit of being spoon-fed. Resources had to be earned, not simply given. By tying rewards to contribution, every member would be motivated to work for the family while also strengthening themselves. It would create a cycle where the family grew stronger together.

He even designed the contribution system to include patrol duties, hunting expeditions, and other small jobs around the estate. These tasks would provide a steady way to earn points, especially for the guards. In the future, when greater battles arrived, there would be no shortage of tasks. At that time, the contribution system would not only ensure discipline but also keep everyone active in both training and service.

Kaito also saw another benefit. This system would serve as training for the younger generation. By tying hunting trips into the Greystone Mountains and other missions to contribution, they would gain experience, strengthen themselves, and learn responsibility. More importantly, it would stop them from growing into spoiled children like the arrogant second-generation heirs of other families. His cousins and younger relatives would understand the value of resources because they would have to earn them with their own efforts, even he had decided to start this system's implementation in the ren family villa in the silver crest city after returning.

And to further make the system fair, Kaito not only set restrictions on the Ever flow Martial Canon, the guards would receive only the first three stages directly, but also he only decided to provide the guards and the family members only some basic resources not too much not too little, after that they can get them through this contribution system by earning the contribution points, as although Kaito wanted to increase their strength faster he won't sacrifice the long term goal for a short term one as this would prevent complacency, ensuring they continued to put in effort instead of expecting everything to be handed down freely.

By the time he finished, the plan was balanced and thorough. It provided the basics freely, but it also created a framework where hard work and contribution would always be rewarded. It gave both the guards and his family members a clear path to improvement, without risking laziness or entitlement.

Following this precedent, Kaito asked Kia to extract some other details and then he prepared to give them directly to his second grandfather, who had long been responsible for managing the family estate's guards. That way, the training could be overseen properly, and his grandfather could decide how to allocate the training. Kaito's responsibility, after all, was to create the plan, not to execute it in detail.

This was a loophole he had noticed back in the family hall. When his eldest grandfather had assigned the responsibility of planning as punishment, he had agreed quickly. But after some thought, he realized that his instructions were only to make the plan, not to carry it out himself. With that understanding, he accepted the work more readily, knowing he could set the direction without having to involve himself in every small detail.

After completing the formulation of the overall plans, Kaito asked Kia to prepare three separate files. One contained the plan for the ancestral estate's main family members, covering resource distribution, cultivation techniques, and allocation of potions. The second file was prepared for the guard team. This included not only the techniques but also a structured training plan for the guards and the third file contained the detailed explanation for the implementation of the Contribution system inside the family.

In fact, Kaito had gone a step further. Anticipating the possibility that the family's guard team would be expanded in the future, he had already drafted guidelines for training new recruits. This ensured that as the estate grew stronger and required more protection, they would have a clear system in place to raise their forces without wasting time.

Alongside this, Kia had also uncovered something else in her database that caught his interest various types of battle formations. These were tactical patterns that allowed martial artists to link their strength together. When practiced as a group, such formations could allow even weaker individuals to resonate with each other's energy and unleash power far greater than the sum of their parts. Kaito included these formation techniques into the guard team's training plan as well, reasoning that in times of crisis, unity could tip the balance far more than individual strength.

With everything neatly organized, he now had three complete sets of documents one for the family's growth, one for the guards' development, and one for the contribution system. All three were detailed, forward-looking, and practical.

Satisfied, Kaito leaned back, glancing at the files saved securely into his Holo tab. With Kia's help, the plans were now ready to be handed over to his second grandfather. The responsibility given to him as punishment had been completed thoroughly, and if followed properly, the ancestral estate's strength would rise steadily in the days to come.
