Lightning surged wildly. Enel fused his body with two hundred million volts, transforming into a towering figure made entirely of raging thunder. His form expanded until he loomed like a giant deity forged of pure electricity.
"Hmph! This is my complete divine form," Enel declared, his voice crackling with thunder.
Shirogai hovered steadily in the air, his body faintly aglow with a reddish-yellow radiance. Despite the overwhelming sight before him, his smile didn't waver.
"A semi-awakened state of the Goro Goro no Mi… Enel, you're only one step away from true awakening."
"Go to hell, blasphemer Luffy!" Enel roared. His colossal face of lightning glared down, brimming with arrogance. "Take pride in dying beneath the hand of a God!"
He raised an arm, condensing a massive spear of lightning.
"Thunder God Spear!"
The weapon, meters wide, streaked toward Shirogai at blinding speed.
Boom!
The impact detonated in midair, engulfing Shirogai in a sea of electricity.
"Shirogai!"
Nami's eyes widened in horror as his figure disappeared within the storm.
"He didn't dodge…" Robin whispered, her voice laced with concern.
Even after the direct hit, Enel did not relax. His instincts screamed caution.
"This man is too strange… I can't underestimate him."
He forged not one, but two even larger lightning spears.
"Thunder God: Twin Electric Spears!"

The weapons collided in the sky, detonating into a cataclysmic explosion.

The heavens split apart. Lightning and thunder rolled endlessly, covering all of Skypiea in a vision that resembled the world's end.
On distant islands below, even the Blue Sea dwellers panicked.
"What thunder! Quick, bring the laundry inside!"
Children cried, adults prayed, and the skies remained ablaze with crackling fury.
"Hmph! Such is the fate of those who oppose God!"
Enel sneered as the thunder faded. "Finally, the blasphemer is erased. Now, women of the Blue Sea—kneel, or be struck down where you stand!"
His gaze slid to Nami and Robin, malicious intent flashing in his eyes.
But before he could move further—
"This isn't how you wield the power of the Goro Goro no Mi."
The calm, confident voice echoed across the battlefield.
"Impossible!" Enel's face twisted in disbelief. He looked up, eyes wide.
"You're still alive?!"
From within the storm, Shirogai descended, cloaked in a deep blue lightning aura. Wings of reddish-white thunder extended from his back, and his expression was cool, almost mocking.
"Enel, you're nothing but a half-baked thunder god. You don't even qualify to kill me."
He stretched out his arms, and the skies responded.
"Let me show you what a true Thunder God looks like. Come, lightning!"
Boom!
A colossal bolt of blue thunder slammed into him, yet instead of burning him away, it merged into his body. His form swelled, growing larger and larger, until he towered above Enel's thunder giant.
"A Thunder God should be a righteous God, not a tyrant."
Shirogai's new form radiated divine majesty. His features sharpened, no longer the playful smile of before but the solemn visage of judgment itself. A vertical eye of lightning blazed open on his forehead, flashing with raw power.
This was no imitation.

His voice reverberated across all of Skypiea, thundering like judgment day.
"The Thunder God punishes… punishing all injustice in this world!"
Every soul who heard it, whether warrior or villager, felt their sins laid bare. Regret gnawed at them as their hearts pounded with the fear of divine retribution.
"Lightning is the essence of yang, a force of life and balance! It does not strike the innocent without cause!"
Shirogai's thunderous gaze fell upon Enel.
"You dare proclaim yourself God, bringing ruin to the innocent? You will be judged! Lightning, descend!"
BOOM!
A blinding pillar of righteous blue lightning struck Enel squarely.
"I am lightning itself!" Enel screamed defiantly. "You think I can be harmed by—AAARGHHHHH!!"
His words collapsed into shrieks as pain unlike anything he had ever felt coursed through him. His body convulsed violently, trembling as the sacred thunder consumed him.
"This can't be! I am lightning! How can lightning wound me?!"
His thunder giant shattered. His body crashed into the earth below, twitching as he reverted to human form.
"The lightning that struck you wasn't ordinary. It is righteous thunder that punishes evil, while yours is nothing but destructive force," Shirogai said coldly, his divine form dissolving.
Descending lightly, he landed before the broken Enel with an easy, mocking smile.
"Yo, Enel. Been a while. How did you get so weak?"
