The wind blew Shen Xia's hair into a mess. Daniel offered a comb, and Shen Xia took it.
While she combed her hair, Shen Xia leaned back on a lounge chair and stared at the vast Shen's mansion backyard. "Finally, it's all over."
Daniel smiled proudly. "As expected of our President."
Shen Xia rolled her eyes. "Ha ha." She spooned a spoonful of cake and ate it.
Hmm, sweet.
Suddenly, a ringtone rang, and Shen Xia's gaze turned to her phone. Her eyes were shaking.
"Hm? This ringtone.. I've never heard this ringtone before," said Daniel, who had remembered all the ringtone related to Shen Xia's special contacts, like Elaine, her mom, and her dad.
Shen Xia put down her spoon and reached for her phone. "Hello?"
"Stella," the voice from the other line attacked Shen Xia's ear. She almost threw her phone into a fish pond not far from her.
"Leon?"
"Do you have time?"
"Today?"
"Mn."
Shen Xia peeked at her assistant. It turned out that Daniel was staring at the sky, his face looking grim.
Shen Xia looked away and smirked. "I do have time."
Daniel coughed.
Shen Xia smiled mischievously. "What do you need, Leon?"
"There is someone around you?" Zhao Jingfeng asked, after hearing someone cough close enough to be transmitted to him.
"Yeah, my assistant."
"You have started working?"
"My vacation ended yesterday," said Shen Xia with a mellow tone.
Zhao Jingfeng chuckled. "Do you want to visit my office?"
"Huh?" Shen Xia frowned; she thought she had heard wrong. "Visit your office?"
"Yeah."
"Why should I go there?"
"You don't want to?"
Shen Xia pouted. "It's not that I don't want to."
"Perfect. I will wait for you in the lobby."
"Huh?"
"See you in an hour."
"Huh?"
The line ended.
Shen Xia stared at her phone, confused. What did she hear just now? Why did it feel that Zhao Jingfeng forced her to visit?
"Daniel."
"Yes, President."
"Prepare a car for me."
Daniel's mouth corner twitched. He could guess where his boss planned to go. But, he still directly called his team to prepare a car.
After ordering Daniel, Shen Xia went to her bedroom to prepare. She took quite a while, and when Daniel saw Shen Xia step down the stairs, he snickered.
Shen Xia wore a pink couture dress and applied soft, cute makeup. Her hair curled, and she wore white high heels. She also wore a pink sapphire jewellery set.

"I promised you that I would be waiting at the lobby."
Shen Xia frowned. "Aren't you busy?"
"Today, I am quite free."
