The air splits.
A golden portal rips through the sky.
Rudra descends with calm confidence, his cloak fluttering like thunderclouds behind him.

Page 2: Battlefield Entry
Rudra lands like a hammer striking the earth. Seong follows, breath tight in his chest. The Mask Man appears — a living shadow cloaked in power.
With a wave, the battlefield clears. He launches an attack at Seong — but Rudra steps forward.
Clash.
A high-speed confrontation explodes in sparks and silence.

Seong's eyes widen — the Mask Man can open portals. A power almost extinct.
Rudra mutters a silent prayer. One strike. One warning.
Slice.
The enemy's arm drops to the ground — only to regenerate instantly.
"Stay back," Rudra warns.
Then comes a fist like falling mountains — Rudra's hammer drives the enemy to one knee.

A strange aura spreads across the town. People feel it. Fear it.
The Mask Man hardens into stone and attacks. Rudra counters with precision. Fireballs roar from the enemy's core.
Rudra absorbs the flames, and with a twist of his wrist, unleashes a storm of fire — burning but controlled.
Seong steps back, heart racing. This enemy's chakra is different — elemental, unhinged.

Rudra removes his eye cloth. His eyes shimmer black and gold — ancient, terrifying.
The Mask Man raises his hand, forming a black domain in the sky.
Shadow chains erupt, binding Rudra mid-air.
Seong gasps. The Mask Man prepares his death blow.

A memory flashes.
"I trust you, Seong."
Back then, during the Gaya evacuation, Rudra had entrusted Seong with everyone's lives. Even when Seong doubted himself.
Now, he remembers.

Rudra shrinks slightly, slipping through the chains.
He bends the black void sphere — manipulating its movement with fluid martial grace.
His hammer pulses — storing the fire, the force, the fury.
BOOM.
He strikes back — chakra slamming the enemy's frame.

The Mask Man absorbs the impact — and twists it.
He hurls the redirected energy at the town.
Rudra doesn't move.
He knows the barrier won't hold.
The town prepares for destruction.
Explosion incoming.

The Mask Man smiles.
But something's wrong.
Rudra is still calm.
Just as the blast nears the town, a second explosion interrupts — redirecting the attack to the sky.

He had used it to make a clone of Rudra, tricking the Mask Man, and redirected the blast with portable portals.

Seong standing above the town, setting the barrier in silence. Preparing for this moment.
Now — he opens a final portal.
The redirected energy — his stored attack — tears through the battlefield and strikes the enemy.

The Mask shatters.
Beneath it — a human eye. A metallic jaw. A cyborg.
The storm falls silent.
