The Minotaur raised its massive axe once more, aiming to crush Nolan. He sidestepped effortlessly, and the axe slammed into the ground, sending a long crack racing across the stone floor. Without hesitation, Nolan dashed forward.
"Fire Fist!" he shouted, striking the beast once more. The Minotaur staggered backward, letting out a low, pained growl. For a moment, it fell to its knees, clearly hurt—but it was far from defeated.
I thought I was already getting too strong… but I was wrong. I've been getting cocky. Time to end this properly, Nolan thought, raising his hand.
"Holy Lancer!" he shouted.
Five blazing golden spears descended from above, radiant and divine, each pulsing with holy energy. Nolan's hand guided them forward with unerring precision. They pierced the Minotaur's enormous stomach, and the creature let out an ear-shattering roar. It staggered but somehow forced itself back to its feet.
How is it still standing? Nolan muttered, a flicker of respect in his eyes.
