She stood at the edge of the building's rooftop, the wind blowing hard.
He could feel the cold wind slapping his face, blowing her hair and blue dress aggressively. It was like the wind had a mind of its own, hitting everything in its way yet refusing to actually push the woman off the building.
"Fiona, you need to get down! Stop this. Come back to your senses!"
She didn't listen. She didn't even turn to face the man. instead she turned to face the younger version of him, watching the sad smile on his face.
His cheeks were stained with tears, his face all snotty. He was shaking as he stared at her, his lips muttering the same words he had been uttering for the past fifteen minutes.
"Please…don't. Please don't leave me…Please don't leave me…Please."
"Fiona, I love you!" his yell sent another cold gush of wind. Cold enough to get the little boy to shake even harder, the woman to almost trip and fall off the building, the old man to take another bold step towards her.
