Chapter 89: entered the black lagoon world
He politely declined again. It is not that he doesn't want to gain their support but gaining their support would bind him. It is like getting bound by chains. It is not a good thing for him. So he still declined.

There are also people like Vicky that did not choose any faction and stay alone. They are also very strong ones among them. Vicky did not plan to join any faction related to continent, country, state or god or demon. He would fight alone for the benefits he wanted.
There is no mandate that he has to join a faction. Since there is nothing like that he would not care about this matter. The light around him faded and he appeared back in his apartment room. This is where he entered the fantasy world before.
Now he appeared in the same place really quickly without any problem. His stomach is full from the breakfast he ate before he entered the fantasy world. Nothing has changed except for the small gains he got from the fantasy world.

He got the notification just like before. He did not stop the alarm from reminding him early in the morning and then at 9 AM he decided to enter into the fantasy world. Vicky nodded his head and suddenly he felt a strong pull.
It is the pull for his soul instead of his body. He felt dizzy and could not remember anything. He was confused but not completely out of his mind. His soul moved away from his body. Naturally he felt like this before and got used to it.
The moment he opened his eyes he is inside a cabin of a ship. There is no other person beside Vicky. But he was sure that there are others in other cabins. He looked at his stuff quickly and he found some clues. There is a news paper with a date in 1995.
"Bank of west Bengal was robbed. The suspect is on the run…"
Based on the information it was Vicky that robbed the bank of west Bengal and he escaped from that place. To be precise he is a suspect on the run. He is a thief and now the ship stopped and Vicky knows that things are not looking good.
"Bang… Bang…" there are gun fires and he looked outside the cabin to see a torpedo boat that is very familiar from some anime with a dark theme. Then he heard sounds of curses from a woman that is shouting like a shrew.
There is also the voice of a soft natured man that is trying to explain something in Japanese. Vicky quickly pieced together. These things are enough for him to point out that he is in the story line of black lagoon. At that time the main task appeared.

Main task list: complete the series of main tasks to gain rewards. Tasks would be issues after completion of the previous task.

Knowing the plot of black lagoon, Vicky quickly got up and took his belongings. He cannot leave the things here and has to leave here quickly. A little while later those patrolling ships would arrive and it would be hard to leave.
Also going to Roanapur require to understand the world to some extent, if not they have to go back to land and find a way to go to Roanapur. Vicky was sure that the start of all other players is similar to him.
They are all suspects of various things and they have to find away to leave this ship as they are all criminals running away from being caught. If they got caught they will not have any choice but to kill those cops to escape.
