Okabaru – "Who are you?"
The man chuckled — low, unsettling.
Oh, you want to know me?"
He leaned forward slightly. The air felt heavier, like gravity itself was bending.
"We are something you should fear. And as for Ash Phantom…"A faint crack echoed in the café window.
"Do you really think we'll let him awaken?"
The air twisted. The shadows at his feet seemed to curl unnaturally.
Okabaru clenched his fist, voice quieter now but deadly sharp.He glanced at the man's burned, twisted face, hidden mostly by his hat.
Okabaru – "Who are you?I'll ask just once more."
The man laughed again — not loud, but cold.Then slowly crossed his right leg over his left.
"We… are darkness.And our king…"He paused, eyes gleaming beneath the brim.
"…will tear your precious Ash Phantom apart."
His smile widened grotesquely.
"We hate him. That grin.The way he fights — like some mad dancer.He won't live long enough to awaken."
The cafe lights flickered.
A strange wind passed through the room.
