Reaching his dorm room on the third floor, Leon mindlessly opened the door.
Stepping inside, the first thing he noticed was the dim glow filling the room.
All the lanterns were on.
"Was Myra here?" he muttered to himself.
He clearly remembered turning them off before leaving, which meant only one thing.
It was Myra.
She had access to his room and often came by to tidy up or bring something. Being an assassin, she didn't even need a key to get in, but Leon had given her one anyway.
He had told her, "Act like a normal human."
Leon walked toward the lantern on the wall and adjusted the knob, increasing its brightness to the maximum.
The room lit up properly now.
"This feels better now," he said to himself, exhaling softly.
Ever since he had transmigrated into this medieval world, the lack of technology had been a constant irritation to him.
