After Liam had slain all the strange monsters, he stood there, staring at their scattered remains with shock and fear.
Even after he'd chopped their bodies to pieces, he still hadn't received any XP.
"They're not dead yet? This is impossible?"
He couldn't wrap his head around this idea.
He quickly questioned the system, "Why didn't I get any XP?"

Upon reading the answer, Liam's brows furrowed in confusion, and his questions only mounted.
The truth was, he still had no idea what XP was exactly, or where it came from. It didn't make sense for it to just appear out of nowhere.
Without holding back, he spoke his mind.
"Why don't these creatures grant any XP? What's so different about them? And what exactly is XP? Where does it even come from?"
