James's heart is still pounding like crazy from the nightmare His whole body is shaking. James is talking to himself in his mind. "What was that? Was that just a dream or does it have some kind of meaning?"
James gets up and gets ready for work. He puts on his suit, does his hair and brushes his teeth. Then he goes downstairs. He puts on his shoes and looks his mother in the eyes and says, "Bye, mom, I love you." He hugs her one last time and then leaves the house. He goes to his house. It shines in the bright sun. He unlocks it and drives to work.
After a while, James reaches the parking lot. He parks his car, gets his bag and locks the car. It is a cloudy day. The grey clouds cover the sun. The sky radiates a gloomy mood.
Finally, James goes into his office. The walls are painted white. On the right side of the room is a large window with a balcony. The balcony has a cold metal railing with flowers placed on it.James finally goes to his desk which is positioned in the back of the office. He sits down on his office chair. In front of him on his desk is a monitor which he often uses for his investigations.
On the right side of the desk are three drawers. Each drawer requires a key to open it. The first one contains files from current cases For example, from the Devil of London case, the files of this case are still in his backpack because he had taken them home yesterday In the second drawer are files from already closed cases and in the third and last drawer was his weapon, a Glock 17 and the cartridges belonging to the wafu however james uses them almost never because he is mostly only in court but sometimes he also helps the police. On the left side of the desk is a classy office lamp. Right next to it is a notebook which James uses to jot down clues for a case, for example.
James takes the files of the new case out of his backpack and puts them on his desk. He asks himself, "There must be some clues, oh, maybe the time." James leafs through the files and indeed, everyone died between 10:30 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. James thought, "Finally, a clue. All the victims died at night."
