Jack replied.
"Well, I want to learn flying thunder technique from you first. Then bring Naruto here and extract chakra and make a shadow clone.
That will allow me some freedom to learn flying thunder technique which will let me gain mobility.
But fighting with only a shadow clone is unrealistic. So I'm thinking of freeing Kurama to capture a white Zetsu and gain a body outside."
"Wait, there are several problems with what you just said.
First of all, freeing kurama is impossible without others finding. The natural outburst that will happen, will be felt by every leaf shinobi in the entire Konoha. That's something that impossible to hide.
Second, Naruto still can't read , so it's impossible for him to extract chakra and this will also be suspicious."
Jack smiled playfully and said.
"Yeah, that's true. But didn't you notice the change happened in the village after Hiruzen met with Naruto."
Minato stayed silent as he knew what's happening, that's also the reason why he didn't say anything before.
Kushina noticed Minato went silent so she asked.
"Yeah, I noticed but what does that have with what we are saying ."
Jack looked at Minato and then said.
"I seem to underestimate the magnitude of Naruto meeting with kurama, looks like Minato have some ideas."
Minato took a while then answered.
"Naruto meeting this early with kurama is actually very significant. It means that kurama can contact naruto and say somethings to him. Because The third Hokage thinks that kurama can manipulate Naruto who has a weak heart right now and is young so it's easy to manipulate.
So right now he has two options. The first one that I thought more likely to happen is to summon jiraya sensei to try to tighten the lock on the seal .
But for some reason, I don't think he wants to do that. Because the villagers change is too drastic that they must have been given direct instructions to stop whatever they used to do.
This drastic changes means that he wants Naruto not to suffer any grievances so that he feel a belonging to the village. But although Naruto situation is better, the villagers still can't act with kindness towards him after all this time of hate and fear.
So the next step would be to strengthen Naruto and focus on his training to try to make it hard for kurama to easily manipulate him."
"Yeah, and if I'm not wrong, he would most likely to send Kakashi to teach him. Because he has also needs someone to have a connection with him."
Minato nodded to Jack words immediately.
"Yeah most likely. But he might also have to send yamato too to control kurama chakra as a wood release user."

Minato and kushina looked at each other then after Kushina gave her approval with a nod, Minato started to teach Jack flying thunder technique.
What they were discussing was exactly the same thing that was being discussed at Hokage building.
Hiruzen and the other elders were having a discussion about how to handle the situation.
"Hiruzen, what are we going to do about this situation. Even after our instructions, the kid is still isolated and some villagers who lost loved ones during the kyubi's attack are still calling him names and ignored our instructions."
Koharu said with worried face.
"Come down , the situation doesn't seem as bad as we thought. The jinchuriki doesn't seem to be losing control and we have some time."
"Hiruzen, this is because he didn't enter that place out fear, but if he kept feeling isolated, we don't know what will happen."
Homuru rebuttal came with fear in his eyes.
That night was really a nightmare for them, the damage caused was massive and with the Uchiha breathing down their neck, they were really afraid if something happened again.
"Hiruzen, why don't you hand him to me, if you do , I promise that you will have a well trained weapon in your hand."
Danzo interjected but even the other elders didn't give a chance to Hiruzen and rebuked him.
"No way, have you lost your mind , Danzo?"
"The kid suffered from just little bit difficulties and the kyubi was able to meet with him. Making him enter the root, what do think will happen to him.?"
"But he needs strength so that he wouldn't be manipulated by the kyubi."
They both didn't respond as they knew that this was right but the problem is that if the kid extracted chakra, the kyubi influence on him will also increase.
They really have no idea how a child that didn't refine chakra entered the mental space but that's because they didn't know that after Minato transferred the nine tail bomb, chakra rampage through Naruto, allowing him by like to enter mental space.
"Okay, I will send a teacher to him, we should really strengthen him ."
Hiruzen said after a while .
"Who are you sending?." Danzo asked.
Koharu said.
"I think jiraya is the best choice. He has the key and his godfather, not to mention he has strength that can compete with the kyubi and right now shikaku is enough to lead the front line as the is considered to be ended."
Homuru said and koharu nodded as she agreed with him. Because only jiraya knows senjutsui that the first Hokage had . So right now he is considered the strongest shinobi in the village.
Hiruzen took a puff then said.
"Jiraya is still needed out there. He also needs to capture orochimaru. So he wouldn't be free. I think Kakashi is a good choice. The jinchuriki is his teacher son and he also needs to get into the light as he is still depressed about his team."
Koharu and Homuru immediately knew that Hiruzen didn't want jiraya to contact Naruto or know about his situation.
"Hiruzen, Kakashi is too young and weak to entrust him with such an important matter. And the jinchuriki situation isn't that different from white fang , are you sure you want to involve him with something like that."
Koharu said after thinking for a while.
Hiruzen face turned bad when he heard that then looked towards Danzo who also had a dark face.
The situation with white fang was one of sore subjects for them. Although Danzo was the main culprit, Hiruzen stayed silent and gave his silent agreement. But both Danzo and Hiruzen knew that they handled the situation very wrong after hearing that the white fang committed suicide. They really didn't think that such a simple matter would cause the village to lose a kage level strength shinobi in such a stupid way.
Especially that sukamoto was the perfect shinobi, he was loyal , followed orders and loved his fellow villagers. The perfect inheritor to the will of fire.
They just didn't want him to get over his head and try competing for the Hokage position as Danzo doesn't want to have competition and Hiruzen because he didn't seem him fit.
Danzo kept silent for a while and said.
"Kakashi is too young. We should leave this matter to someone more experienced."
"No, I want Kakashi to form a real connection with him. But I will send yamato to assist him from the shadow. I don't want to manipulate him because don't forget that mito sama had some sensitivity towards dark thoughts because of the kyubi.
I know that Naruto isn't at that level but the kyubi teaching him how to enter and how to leave the mind world left me unsettled. I feel like I'm missing something, so for now we need to advance with caution."
Koharu and others were taken back then asked.
"What do you mean, Hiruzen?"
"What I mean is that its behavior isn't normal. You all know how the tailed beast is operating, they don't resort to trickery or influence the host directly but keep waiting for them to fall into darkness that caused by villagers discrimination against them to take over them.
Especially the kyubi who has a huge pride. He was different from the one tail and the others. But now this situation is different.
I have three theories.
First, his defeated by the fourth hokage. Unlike Hashirama sama who had equal if not more chakra than the nine tail, fourth hokage was a normal shinobi. Maybe he got afraid and is trying a new method to escape faster. This is also the best situation.
Second, he is being controlled by someone. But being controlled inside the jinchuriki is something unheard of. Especially with Naruto doesn't have any indication of being controlled. I ordered a yamanka to try to read his memories but he got kicked out by the kyubi immediately. So we can't be sure.
Third, is that the fourth hokage couples left something behind. Their knowledge fuinjutsui is second to non and we don't if they left something inside naruto as a cautionary move against the masked man or us."
Hiruzen said with a solemn face. He really deserved to be the longest serving Hokage in the history of Konoha. His level of thinking and analytical prowess was beyond normal politicians.
Danzo and the others were taken back by what they heard. But unlike the other two, they thought that the third theory is the best for them. Because unlike the other two, they don't have much desire to control the kyubi but enjoy their position and status. But for them to enjoy this, they needed a village and they also needed the kyubi. So even if they needed to return the jinchuriki inheritance, as long as the kyubi is controlled by anyone and the village is safe then it's a huge relief for them and a loss they can afford to bear.
Hiruzen and Danzo however have a different point of view. If the fourth hokage really left something,then it's impossible for them to gain the control of the kyubi and wouldn't be in there hands.
As the leader or pretend leader, the kyubi powers were too great to be left in someone else's hand.
"Hiruzen, is there anyway to make sure which one is right."
Danzo asked as he kept thinking about a solution.
"Well, it's not like there's not . But I really can't make this decision."
Danzo and the others looked at him with a question in their eyes.
Hiruzen took a puff and then said.
"Just have a Uchiha with three tomes take a look and we will know what's what.of course that's if we can believe them and trust them with such an important matter "
The three didn't hesitate and said.
"Impossible"
From young age, It has been drilled into their mind that the Uchiha can't be trusted. So now with the situation is already very grave , you asked if they can trust a Uchiha. If they could, then they wouldn't have alienated the Uchiha all this time.
Danzo suddenly said.
"How about we transfer the kyubi to someone else."
He didn't end his sentence and Hiruzen chakra erupted.
Koharu and Homuru couldn't move and Danzo looked at Hiruzen with a shocked look.
"Danzo, this is the first and last time I will ignore you saying something like that.
I'm may have gotten a little corrupted by the position over the years and I wouldn't deny that I have made many mistakes. But I still believe in the will of fire and will always believe in it. If it came a day to sacrifice myself or my position for a child, I will choose my life without blinking an eye. That's the last lesson Tobirama sensei taught us with his life and will always be my lifelong code for ever."
Danzo looked at his friend with a complicated as Hiruzen continued.
"I think we should the discussion here, and Danzo don't, and I mean don't, test my patience with Naruto matters. You will withdraw the root around him too, did I make self clear.?"
Danzo kept silent for a while and then stood up to withdraw but just as he was about to open the door he heard Hiruzen again.
"And, I told you to stop isolating the Uchiha but There seems tha some oppression still exist. This the last time Danzo I say something about this. Hands off the Uchiha matters or anything in the village. Your root has no jurisdiction to operate in the village, I don't want the white fang situation to be repeated. That will be all."
After Hiruzen finished talking , Danzo kept standing for a while then left.
Hiruzen took a look at his friend and thought that while he may have made many mistakes but he still believes in the will of fire. Although Nawaki matters happened as on over sight from him , as he was still inexperienced and tried to gain support from everyone at the time to consolidate his position.
But when he saw Nawaki enthusiasm, he thought that orochimaru would be able to keep him alive and it would allow him to gain support by advertising that Nawaki his grand student and Hashirama sama grandson was participating in the war like other shinobis.
This lead to the tragedy of his death. Although he saw a lot of children suffering from death, no matter how you try to treat everyone equally, the death of the people close to you personally will always hit you hard.
So although he knows about Danzo practice to let children kill each other during their training in the root, he never allows people who are close to him into the root . That's the least he could do.
So he lost it when he heard Danzo words as it infuriated him and made him think that Danzo is considering him like himself that can smile one moment and let the kids kill each other the next second to brainwash them and make them perfect tools. It may hypocritical but there are lines that you really shouldn't cross them
"You have really changed my friend. Maybe I really should remove Danzo from his position. He became too twisted and keeps failing into the darkness that he doesn't even seem to see light anymore."
Hamoru and koharu who were leaving stopped and turned to Hiruzen . After looking at each other for a while, koharu said.
"Hiruzen, we really are in a sensitive time right now and we need stability more than ever. Changing the root leadership is too much right now."
Hiruzen knows that but when has ever the village wasn't in a sensitive time. The structural system of the root was completely changed in Danzo's hands making him unable to control it.
This structure was a good thing at the beginning when he couldn't control the whole village , the anbu and root by himself .
But over the years he began to doubt if it was worth it because the price the village and he paid were too huge to ignore.
He tried to gain partial control of the root by sending Orochimaru but the end result was disastrous. Thinking of orochimaru made him thinking about his other students and how they left in disappointment one after the other.
Shaking his head to forget about sad things he said.
"Don't worry, I just want my friend back"
Koharu and hamoru looked at each other but didn't say anything and left.
They also understood that Danzo now is very different from Danzo before.
Hiruzen sat in his for a while then called for anbu and waited for a while.
After some time passed, a young shinobi appeared in front of him and said.
"Hokage sama, you called for me."
The voice seemed like a emotionalless machine.
Hiruzen looked at this young but tragic child with a complicated gaze as this conversation will be a tough one.
"Kakashi, take off your mask, I have a mission for you "
Kakashi didn't move for a while then removed the mask and put it away.
"Sir, tell me about the mission."
Hiruzen looked at him then stood up and turned to the window looking at the fourth hokage statue sighing then started speaking.
"I want you to be a teacher and to guide someone ."
Kakashi frowned because although he was a jonin, he didn't want to leave the anbu and to lead a team or be a teacher.
"Sir, I would like to stay in the anbu for now."
"Eehm, this mission will not be be in conflict with your anbu missions. It would be more like a side job. And you will want to take this mission."
Kakashi was surprised as from the Hokage words, he seemed to imply that this someone who has a relationship with him.
"Can you elaborate, sir"
"Well, you have been in and out of the village these years and you may haven't heard about the new jinchuriki of the village.his name is Uzumaki Naruto"
Kakashi was taken back as he was really busy these days and with anbu missions especially during the war with cloud village and hadn't heard about this new jinchuriki. But even if that's case, why would he pay attention to the situation of the new jinchuriki. He knew that his master wife kushina was the previous jinchuriki but that doesn't seem to matter anymore.
"Well, to cut the long story short, he is your teacher and kushina's son. Before the yondime Hokage death, he sealed the kyubi inside his new born son. Now he is three years old child."
Kakashi was shocked as he was told that kushina sama and his teacher's child died together with them during the kyubi rampage.
And looking at the destruction that day, he couldn't deny it. He even attended their funerals.
"I know what you want to ask. But the fourth hokage had made many enemies during his time and the village right now is very weakened. If someone targeted Naruto as a form of revenge, then this might lead to his death. So only the upper echelons and the the sannins knows about this."
Kakashi kept silent for a while then asked asked.
"So what happened that you need me to be his teacher. If you wanted me to make connection, I could have become his guardian and considering his age, this would make more sense."
"Yeah, but I need you to teach him too and try to make him stronger."
Kakashi kept silent for a while then asked.
"Is there something going at the front line that needs to deploy naruto as the jinchuriki."
Kakashi right now was feeling disappointed that not only did they lie him , but also wanted to make participate in the war as a child.
".... what, no nothing like that. Naruto seems to be a special child as he entered the mental world and met with the kyubi."
Kakashi widened his eyes in shock as he said.

To enter the mental world you need more than chakra, you also need a mature mind that normally doesn't completely formulate until you are 12 years old. Some mature childs can enter at 8 but they are either exceptional children or those who have special inheritance like the Uchiha or the yamanka clans.
"Yeah, it doesn't but it's what it is. Also the kyubi is also behaving unnaturally, so I'm afraid that he would try to manipulate naruto into breaking the seal. So are willing to take the mission now?."
Kakashifell silent as he felt conflicted as evey time he got close to someone, they died. His father, his teammates , his teacher and his wife.
But he couldn't refuse the mission as it was ordered by the Hokage not to mention that this was his teacher son. He also knows how the jinchuriki treated in every village and knows the pain and loneliness they feel and it was too much for anyone not to mention for a child like him.
There's also the danger that he is in and he might easily be swallowed by the kyubi at any moment.
After going through those conflicting emotions , he replied
"I understand , sir. If there's nothing else, I will go now."
"Actually Kakashi, I want you to make contact with him then begin to teach him , unofficially. As I don't want him to feel that you are deliberate but more like unexpected encounter"
Kakashi paused then understood what the Hokage meant. He wants him keep his identity and Naruto background as a secret.
Kakashi didn't like that but he didn't want to compromise his mission and leave his teacher child in someone else's hand so he replied after the pause.
"Understood."
Hiruzen smiled as Kakashi seemed to understand his meaning so he said.
"Good, here take this with you. It's the chakra extraction method especially for the Uzumaki clan."
At first he didn't want to give this to Naruto until he grow up and he gave him this as gift to make him like him more.So he gave him a common because he knows that he can't read it. And even if he did, the amount of chakra would be minuscule. But now with the threat of kyubi looming above his head , there was no time for mind games.
Kakashi took the book then disappeared.
