Years ago, during the Nine-Tails attack, a masked man in black had used the Sharingan to control the beast, wreaking havoc on the Leaf Village. The devastation cost them their Fourth Hokage and crippled their strength. That weakness had emboldened the Cloud Village to push their aggressive "Leaf Breeding Plan." If Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage, were still alive, the Raikage wouldn't have dared. He'd faced Minato before—a one-on-one fight where a single misstep could've cost him his life.
Thinking of his old rival, the Fourth Raikage felt a pang of regret. His strength had grown since then, but he'd never get the chance to defeat Minato. It was a bitter thought.
Could the attacker be that same masked man? The one rumored to be Uchiha Madara? But Madara was supposed to be long dead. Even if he were alive, he'd be ancient by now. Or perhaps another faction—maybe the Stone Village—was stirring trouble to pit the Leaf against the Cloud for their own gain. It was a perfect strategy for them.
With no clear answers, the Raikage turned to his Anbu leader. "Give our fallen Cloud ninjas a proper burial. They're heroes of the village. And investigate this attack thoroughly. Find out who's behind it."
The Anbu leader nodded. "Yes, Lord Raikage."
Another ninja spoke up. "We need to investigate to catch the culprit, but what about the Leaf Village's aggression? Lord Raikage, should we strike back?"
A more hotheaded ninja added, "Lord Raikage, let's prepare for war! The Cloud Village has never been disrespected like this. The Leaf's strength isn't what it used to be. If we mobilize, we have a good shot at winning."
The Raikage's face darkened. He might come off as brash, but he wasn't reckless. The Leaf had two powerhouse clans—the Uchiha and the Hyuga—both wielding formidable bloodline abilities. Facing them would mean a brutal fight, likely with the Cloud at a disadvantage. A full-scale war would drain both sides, and with the Stone Village known for its sneaky ambushes, launching an attack now would be foolish.
He couldn't help but wonder: how had the Uchiha and Hyuga united? After the Nine-Tails incident, the Uchiha had grown distant from the rest of the Leaf Village. The Third Hokage was too spineless to bridge that gap. If he'd taken charge, this could've been avoided—a deal where the Cloud gained the Byakugan, the Leaf avoided war, and everyone walked away satisfied. What a weak leader.
The room buzzed with heated debate, turning chaotic. The Raikage's voice boomed. "Enough! This isn't a marketplace. I'll handle this myself. No need for war—just a reckoning. I'll make them answer for this."
With his strength, no one in the Leaf could match him—not even the Uchiha or Hyuga. He'd crush their champion in a public duel, proving the Cloud's dominance. War reparations would be his demand; the Byakugan was off the table now.
No one objected. The Raikage's power was unquestioned.
As the meeting ended, he glanced at Samui. "Get some rest."
Her heart skipped, fearing he'd noticed her condition. But he said nothing more, and she exhaled in relief.
Back in her room, Samui collapsed onto her bed, her mind replaying the humiliating image of that man looming over her. The shame burned. She'd never let him get away with it, no matter how outmatched she was. She had other ways to fight back.
Just as she tried to rest, her door creaked open. A woman in a black, open-chested outfit with dark skin and short hair stepped in—Mabui, her younger sister, whose figure was only slightly less striking than Samui's. She sat on the bed, concern in her eyes. "Sis, are you okay?"
Relieved to see her sister safe and not among the fallen, Samui broke down. She threw herself into Mabui's arms, sobbing. "Mabui, I made it back, but… he violated me fifteen times."
Mabui's face paled, shock turning to horror. "What? You didn't escape?"
Samui spilled everything. She hadn't escaped—the masked man had captured her, using her to fulfill the Cloud's breeding plan by forcing her to bear Uchiha-blooded children.
Mabui's expression twisted with rage. "That monster treated you like a breeding tool for Uchiha blood? He's despicable!"
"Didn't you see his face? Anything about him?" she asked.
Samui's voice was bitter. "The bastard blindfolded me."
Mabui clenched her fists. "What a vile, shameless coward. We have to tell the Raikage. He'll send an army to track this guy down and tear him apart!"
"No!" Samui snapped. "If this gets out, I'll be the laughingstock of the village. I'd never live it down."
Mabui sighed, knowing her sister was right. But let this guy walk free? After violating her sister so many times, pregnancy was likely. Reluctantly, she said, "Sis, maybe… keep the child. Raise an Uchiha-blooded kid and use them to get revenge."
