The sound of waves in the sea and the honking of ships can be heard, as the ship opened its hatch an SUV starts driving outside of the ship and inside is the orphan Leo who decided to move to the province after the accident of his parents.
Leo sighed and said "Hope I can find peace and start over again here"
he grabs the steering wheel and step in the gas pedal of his SUV and drives towards a rural town.
After an hour of driving,
"Finally, I'm here" he exclaimed.
He arrived at a very much develop town in the province, he look around and saw a university.
"This would be a perfect place to start over again" He look up and take a look at a Three-story building
"I got a lot of cleaning and a lot of renovating to do" he sighed, "Better get started."
He went at the back of the van and get his belongings. As he was unpacking a woman in her late twenties wearing a black sleeveless dress that reaches below the knees with sexy breasts and black hair that just reaches below her shoulders tap his back.
"Uhmm Hi there, are you new here?" Leo was startled and jumped
"Oh! Y-yes" The woman softly laughed at him
"Hi, I'm Shannon but people around here call me Shane, I live across the street"
The woman pointed at the small apartment across "I rent that apartment over there, I notice your van in front of this building, so I tried to approach you"
Leo stared at the woman as she speaks, Leo can't believe by the woman's beauty and shape.
"Uh Hello?" The woman waves her hands in front of Leo's face,
"H-hi I'm Leo, I'm the owner of this old building" Leo stated
"Oh really? Finally, that building will be renovated, it looks so scary especially at night" Shannon exclaimed.
The two continue their conversation, "So you're alone now?" Shannon said in a low tone.
"Yeah" Leo replied coldly, both stayed quiet, after that Leo stood up and grabs his stuff,
"I better start cleaning" Leo emphasized holding his belongings, Shannon also stood up
"Y-yeah go ahead, I'll get going then, see you around Leo" she stated before walking towards her apartment.
Leo stared at her walking away as her hips swing left and right "Yeah, See you around."
He climbs to the Third floor of his building and drops his stuff,
"My father really did a good job designing this building, only small things are needed to be change" Leo remembered that his father was a great architect.
Leo grabs his cleaning materials and starts removing the covers of some furniture, the third floor was a small penthouse that they use to go to during their vacation in this province
"Fuck everything is so dusty" Leo cursed as dust goes to the air as he removes the covers.
As he is cleaning a mini truck pulled over in front of the building, he hurried downstairs and talked to the guy driving it
"Thank you for taking care of my other stuff" Leo said to the moving guys.
"Sir where should we put these things" The guy asks, "Third floor please" Leo answered and sign the confirmation of delivery.
"Thank you again" Leo slightly nod as the truck drives away "I just have to arrange this stuff" Leo entered the building.
Time passed by and afternoon came, Leo finished cleaning his penthouse and decided to go out of the building.
Teens are walking on the street, "Isn't it summer break? why are there so many kids in here?" Leo wonders, he then looks on his building "What should I do with these remaining floors?"
As Leo ponders about his possible plans a young girl wearing short shorts in a blue sleeveless shirt and blonde hair approach him
"Mister, have you seen a girl in a black hoodie pass by?" The girl asks, Leo looks at the girl "I haven't" he answered.
"Is that so?" The girl answered worriedly "Maybe she's just walking around".
By the way, why are there so many young adults around?" Leo asks hesitantly.
"Oh, that university over there is holding pre-registration for incoming freshmen and were looking around for a place to stay during the school year." The girl pointed at the school, when suddenly her phone rings,
"Hello! Where the heck are you?" The girl exclaimed
"You found a coffee shop? where?" She answered with excitement then she hangs up the phone,
"Is This place far? How can I reach this place?" The girl pointed at her phone asking Leo.
"Yeah, it's quite the distance, you should find a bus stop across the street just check the maps there" Leo replied,
The girl bowed down "Thank you Mister" then she ran away towards the bus stop.
As the girl left Leo notice an ID on the road, he picked it up "Cessina Solase, Unique name" Leo sighed "Kids these days are clumsy" Leo get inside of the penthouse on the third floor and decided to rest
Leo goes up and as he gets inside, he grabs the bottom of his shirt and lift it up to take it off showing his fit body and broad shoulders
"It's so hot in here" Leo walks towards the kitchen and opened the fridge, he grabs a bowl of strawberries and sat on his couch
"Strawberries are the best" He exclaimed as he munches on them
A thought then pops up on his mind, 'That sexy woman was so random earlier, but damn she's sexy' as he stared on the ceiling.
Hours pass when suddenly someone knock on his door; He look at his wristwatch "Who could it be? In the middle of the night?"
He slowly walked up the door and tried to look by the small peep hole.
