Chapter 60 - Chapter 61: The Hand of Huisha!

Chapter 61: The Hand of Huisha!

Inside the spaceship's control room, several large crates were placed neatly.

Oriana was the first to claim her supplies.

Now at Planetary Level 7, she was close to breaking through to the Stellar Level. Once she finished digesting these resources, her gene level would rise tenfold, placing her on par with a Golden-Horned Beast.

Jiang Zhe took the remaining three crates into his World Bracelet, heading off to unpack them with his Silver-Clad Clone.

They stood before a massive black oval egg, over twelve meters in diameter. Standing next to it made them look like they were inspecting a four-story outpost tower.

Jiang Zhe rubbed his chin.

"Would using it all at once be overkill?"

The silver-clad clone nodded, gently prying off a palm-sized piece of the eggshell and absorbing it into his internal universe.

Then, he picked up a chip from the floor and walked to the side to receive the embedded inheritance memory.

Jiang Zhe turned his gaze to the remaining crates and suddenly smacked his forehead in frustration.

"Damn, I forgot to buy you a Tier 5 Origin Force Weapon... Let's wait for the auction in 53 years. By then, you should've crossed the threshold of Space Law and will be ready for some serious cosmic exploration."

The clone remained silent.

Jiang Zhe's Eight-Treasure Tuolong Spear had long been outdated.

Forged from alloy, it had little to offer besides its hardness. For those who comprehend laws, Origin Force Weapons are essential.

Take for example the Crimson Bronze Fragment—once prized in the Thunder World, it only shone briefly during the Stellar Level phase. Eventually, Divine Evolution Weapons became Luo Feng's real go-to.

Jiang Zhe practiced spiritual force techniques and studied time laws, while his silver-clad clone practiced martial techniques and comprehended space laws.

They regularly exchanged insights, and Jiang Zhe felt like he was sprinting down the path to becoming a "well-rounded warrior."

First, the Misphase Shuttle

It was about five feet long, shaped like a shuttle, silver-gray in color, giving off an illusion of lightness—yet it was heavier than a mountain and radiated an intimidating pressure.

Jiang Zhe gently ran his hand along the cold surface, letting his spiritual force seep into it to communicate with its latent intelligence.

This was the process of nurturing the weapon—

High-grade weapons couldn't be used right out of the box. They needed to be spiritually nurtured and bound with one's mental imprint.

Jiang Zhe wasn't in a rush to test out his "new toy."

After all, he'd already done that.

Right after the auction, he went into the Killing Grounds and tested the Misphase Shuttle. Using it with his Phantom Shadow Domain was beyond smooth.

Within just half a day, he had formed a second temporal clone.

Returning to the real world, he experimented for two more days with the Sky-Escaping Shuttle and stabilized his ability to maintain two clones.

Then, the Final Crate

Inside was another metallic case. Jiang Zhe keyed in the code, and the lid slowly lifted open.

Two dark-purple gold gauntlets lay inside—one large, one small.

The larger one was as thick as his waist and half a meter long, clearly meant for a multi-meter-tall giant. The smaller one could easily cover his entire face.

No need to worry about fit—they were adaptive and could shrink to human proportions.

Both gauntlets were made of 10,081 intricate components, carved with complex engravings. When fully assembled, the armguard displayed a seamless Thunder Dragon or Fury Ape motif.

The large gauntlet had a Thunder Dragon design made from thin, fish-scale-like metal plates.

The smaller gauntlet had a Fury Ape design made from needle-thin rods.

The techniques to use these spiritual weapons were delivered to Jiang Zhe's villa after the auction.

However, the delivery person showed no courtesy—they handed it over and immediately gave a strict warning:

"You're forbidden to share any of this. The Virtual Universe will be watching."

Jiang Zhe was left stunned, mentally surrounded by question marks.

He almost thought he had just redeemed a top-tier secret technique using his Virtual Universe Company points.

But when he opened the package and saw the manual, everything made sense.

It was a tablet-like device, slim and compact.

When his eyes landed on the cover and saw the bold characters for "Beast God Codex", Jiang Zhe felt as if a terrifying dragon-like humanoid pointed directly at him—

BOOM!

That finger felt like it exploded the universe itself.

Jiang Zhe's consciousness was wiped clean in an instant.

Moments later, he trembled and blinked back to life, light returning to his eyes.

Staring at the codex before him, he was ecstatic. He knew he had scored big time.

No, based on the behavior of the bearded old man at the auction, this was likely an intentional gift from the weapon's creator.

Was it a test to verify the weapon's power?

Or a way to scout for a talented candidate of the Beast God Path?

Jiang Zhe had no clue.

But one thing was clear—whoever had this kind of privilege in the Five Major Powers must be at an extremely high level. Otherwise, who would be allowed to be this bold?

Inside the "Beast God Codex"

The first page—the "General Principles"—featured a vague spiritual diagram.

From its outline, you could barely make out a humanoid dragon beast, seemingly pointing forward with a single finger.

A blurry diagram.

A blurry concept.

A blurry god.

The more Jiang Zhe stared, the more his thoughts descended into chaos.

Realizing he couldn't make sense of it, he flipped past the introduction and focused on the rest.

The codex was divided into two sections:

Basic Volume: Instructions for the Miniature Beast God's Hand.

Advanced Volume: Secrets to mastering the true Beast God's Hand.

Jiang Zhe knew his limits.

Without understanding the core diagram, he had no hope of mastering the advanced techniques. So, he focused on the basics.

The basic volume taught the fusion of Lightning and Time laws.

At its peak, it could make a Domain Lord invincible, and even briefly restrict an Immortal God.

To Jiang Zhe, the Miniature Beast God's Hand could rival even the Nine Great Divine Weapons wielded by full-fledged law masters.

But due to its lack of offensive power, it couldn't inflict real damage on an Immortal God, so it was seen as inferior.

For example, take the Ninth Form of the Divine Evolution Sword—it could pierce through space and barely harm an ordinary Immortal God, buying enough time to escape. Hence it was praised as:

"Even Immortals Can Be Challenged."

But the Miniature Beast God's Hand?

Its final move, "Freeze Time", could only momentarily bind an Immortal God. Without backup, the user would still end up dead meat.

After thoroughly studying the basics, Jiang Zhe looked again at the Fury Ape design on the gauntlet and realized where its inspiration came from:

"Miniature Beast God's Hand?"

He chuckled.

"Sure. But I'll call you… Huisha's Hand."

Huisha?

A mythical Starry Sky Beast, tied to Lightning and Time—

The Huisha Beast!

The Fury Ape motif was clearly modeled after it.

And the final technique, Freeze Time, mimicked the Huisha Beast's innate ability.

More importantly, according to a secret revealed by the old Beast God while training Luo Feng:

Starry Sky Beasts are descendants of the Primordial Beast Gods.

That's why the Golden-Horned Beast—a descendant of the Gold Beast God—was able to blaze through the Beast God Path.

By that logic, the Huisha Beast must be descended from the Lightning Beast God.

Calling it a "Mini Beast God" was perfectly fitting.

Recalling the basic techniques from the Codex, Jiang Zhe slid his left hand into the Huisha's Hand gauntlet.

Click—Click—

The needle-thin parts coiled tightly, locking around his hand and forearm up to the elbow.

It looked like he was wearing a regular bracer—nothing remarkable at first glance.

Jiang Zhe adjusted to the mountainous weight hanging on his arm, his gaze turning introspective.

"The Basic Volume requires high mastery of both Lightning and Time laws…"

"Huisha's Hand consists of seven forms in total…"
