"And didn't my uncle tell you not to come near me? Then why are you here?" I asked.
"Yes, but he was being unreasonable. When he needed my help, he spoke very gently to me. But once I made you unconscious, his whole behavior changed. He told me to stay away from you."
I was angry at Sylven for bringing up my uncle like this. And even worse—Sylven knew everything my uncle had written to me in that letter.
I could understand why Sylven hadn't told me anything, even when he already knew. Because as Uncle had said, my magic beast would have found out. That's why…
