Calista's eyelids fluttered open, she was greeted by the dull ache of a silent room and in her head. Her phone laid lifeless beside her. A pang of annoyance surged through her as she reached for the charger.
She moved, then noticed that Orion's side of the room looked like he had come and gone like a shadow. Then the events of last night came rushing in.
Holding her head, "What have I done?" She repeated her words from last night.
"Stupid, stupid." Her voice was muffled by the pillow as she held it to her face. Not wanting to cry over split milk, she exhaled slowly.
"He used to be arrogant, a complete stranger, how did he do that? How does one change over nightm" she mused, leaving her conscience to reply her.
"He didn't change over night though, it's been three months." her eyes widened.
With her phone now charged, she checked the time -midday. With a quick shower, she resolved that she would make peace with Orion.
