When Sophia was sitting on the train someone came in front of her. When she saw him she realized that it was her friend who usually met her here. It was Monty. "What happened?" Monty asked. "Why is your mood off?"
Seeing her friend in front of her Sophia pulled herself out of Adam's thoughts. She smiled. "Nothing just too much work," she said.
In a little while Sophia and Monty reached home talking like this and with their two other friends. There the two boys went their separate ways. Sophia went to her apartment with Monty. Sophia went upstairs alone and stood in front of her apartment.
She saw that Adam's gate was closed.
She took a deep breath. "I have to apologize to Adam," she said to herself.
Sophia's guilt is going to hinder her from sleeping today unless she gets in a chat with Adam as soon as possible. She is extremely anxious, and it does not matter to her whether or not someone is looking at her.
