I was rummaging through the things in my stortage ring and found that the person who targeted me was really a pitiful person as there wasn't much money in the ring only 41 silver coins and other miscellaneous items of no importance to me but there was something that picked my interest, a treasure chest was laying under the bunch of miscellaneous items .
The bronze colored chest was bound by a magical spell which activated and a barrier appeared to stop me when i tried to touch the chest but with some brute force i was able to break through its defences and was able to open the chest .
The content of the chest was a purple covered book with its edges being black colored and that was actually gleaming a skill book and not any book too, i used appraisal and found that the skill book wasn't just any skill book but was actually :
The book of " Unique Skill Steal " : a unique skill book that allow you to learn the Skill inside by dropping your blood on top of the cover .
Yeah, right a unique skill,was this a joke or something , did something like that even exist a unique skill, but the book was right in front of me and appraisal gave me how to use it, should i really just do it and see how it goes .
Here goes nothing i thought before i began to puncture my fingers and dripped a few drops of blood on the cover, my blood dissolved in the cover of the book as if it was sucked or something like that , then like the other three skill books that i had before, it lit up and then the book began to disintegrate into black light particles and fused with me normally that would be it but then the familiar voice rang in my head again saying :

I wasted no time to use appraisal on this new skill of mine :

: The holder of this skill can absorb attributes and skills or even steal items from anyone who is in the skill range and permanently adding them to their own abilities, provided that they have some basic knowledge on the stolen skill or the amount of attributes he wants to stole from the target of this skill
Effect of Steal :
1- Attribute depravation : Permanently steal the attributes from someone in the skill effective range but require a continuous direct contact with the target ever second in contact deprave the target from 1 chosen attribute point, gaining a 100% of its value.
Cooldown : 10 minutes for every depravation attempt .
2- Skill Absorption : Permanently gain a skill from an enemy, requiring prior exposure or basic understanding of the skill , or even just its name .
3- Item Deprivation : Capable of depriving someone from using his items against the owner of this skill , have 100% chance of stealing the item from the enemy hands directly .
Range : the skill is effective within 500 meters .
Cooldown : 10 minutes for each use .

A cheat skill, this skill can only be counted as a cheat skill, its enhance on my strength is currently zero but the potential that this skill have is off the charts , and it was another skill that i was dying to try together with the Aura Of Strong too, but they both will have to wait a bit for the testing , until we finally arrive at the Wicked Forest .
I began to move towards the city entrance gate as i got to know by asking some bystanders that to reach the Teleportation Hall which have a teleportation circle that should transport me to my destination i will be actually getting outside of the city and will have to take a special carriage which was the only vehicle capable of arriving at that Teleportation Hall again for enough money of course .
I wasn't able to tell yesterday but Trond is actually surrounded by great stonewalls which acted as the city last defensive line or the first and those walls were massively high and were magically enhanced too from the runes that were sparkling on each block of stone , so how was it possible for a monster to appear inside the city and near the houses of those who chose not to participate in fending off the raids , how weird .
I showed my identity to the guard at the gate and he gave me a cold hmph and let me pass through, i remembered the polite guard from before and i burst out laughing, but i then remembered that i completely forgot about the clothes that i intended to buy and was about to go back cause i don't even know if it would be too late to buy new clothes when i came back .
I tried to get back in and was asked by the same cold guard to pay an entry fee a 10 silver coins , i have money now yes but i felt that it was not worth it , so i turned towards those special carriages direction and someone mentioned for me to go to him, i did and he was actually one of those coachmen responsible for driving one of the carriages a chubby middle-aged man with a scar on his left check and gray hair and beard , i asked how much will the ride cost me and he answered that it's 20 silver coins a person that will be paid when we arrive and was about to say otherwise but i already agreed to pay .
He pinpoint to me where his carriage was and i found that the carriage here are less extravagant than the one i took with Silver Wallace and it was being pulled by horses but he did say that it was expensive so it is quite reasonable that those won't be so much extravagant but that raises a question, why was it so expensive ? .
I entered the carriage and found that there were other people sharing the ride with me, or i with them i suppose , they were mostly adventurers too, i said hi but none replied so i found an empty seat and sat there waiting for when we are going to start moving .
Luckily, it didn't take that much waiting as another person came in and sat next to me he was a cloaked person a head shorter than me and had a weird aura surrounding him, then the carriage began to move, i closed my eyes making some quick calculations about how should i use my new skills more effectively , not that i know how effective they were but i was still making some preparations, i suddenly sensed a movement beside me coming from the cloaked figure next to me .
A snowy white like hand was outstretched from the cloak toward the pouch on my belt which was currently empty since i have already sorted all my belongings into the storatge ring which i currently was wearing on my finger, so i allowed him to take it since it didn't have anything of value anyway but the speed and the shape of the hand when it moved is what really piqued my interest in addition to how clumsy the hand moved, i'm quite sure that he wasn't used to steal .
A Beastfolk , the hand was furry at the forearm and from the shape that i was able to notice by looking intently at the shape under the cloak, i'm a bit certain that who was under the cloak was actually a girl , but why would a girl and a Beastfolk at that , try to steal from me a human and expose herself to such dangers .
I again closed my eyes and acted as if nothing happened at all and only opened them again when the coachman shouted that we were almost there , i looked from the window and saw that we were currently in our way to collide with a hill in directly front of us , i was about to warn the coachman and the other passengers when a rune in the interior of the carriage began to glow and then whole carriage also began glow and we accelerated and passed through the hill, i involuntarily closed my eyes but the moment of impact didn't come .
I opened my eyes and found that the carriage actually stopped and found the door of the carriage suddenly getting opened by the coachman who declared roughly that we arrived and spread his hands as if saying now pay up .
We started getting out of the carriage one by one and everyone began to hand him 20 silver coins but one, the cloaked Beastfolk girl, she opened my stolen pouch and found nothing and began to shook her body involuntarily which was something that was keenly noticed by the coachman who suddenly appeared in front of her as if he was blocking her ways of escaping and removed her cloak angrily .
A girl with fluffy ears like Lilliana but her's were white with white hair and blue eyes, her face had uncanny resemblance to Hana which i found to be quite disturbing but that's not the only thing that was quite disturbing about the Beastfolk girl who was bound by a collar ,her face had a lot of bruises and one of her eyes was bandaged , her clothes could what she currently were wearing be actually considered as clothes, she was literally in rags that were hiding her private parts barely , had a lot of burning marks on her skin and bruises all over her body, she had a terrified expression on her face and was crying while raising her arms in front of her face as if she was already expecting to get a beating .
The coachman was still shouting at her for the money she owned him a few seconds ago was now saying : where did you escape from slave not that it will matters, since from now on you will have a new master to serve or i will just sell you to one of the nobles , they have always liked to toy with your kind come here .
A world that have slavery that was the world i was summoned too, if i remembered correctly those guys who tried to kidnap Liliana before were also going to sell her as a slave, i was able to notice that the girl shuddered at the mention of him selling here to a noble and tried to say something but all that came out of her trying to speak were a few whimpers and nothing more, i thought no way and looked at her neck and that confirmed my suspicion , there was a fist mark on her neck as if someone punched her there, this girl was unable to speak and probably the one she escape from and the one who was responsible for the injuries on her was a noble .
The chubby coachman was outstretching his hands towards the girl , trying to capture here but i stood between the two and stopped him from going any further .
What is your problem , move out of my way,she can't pay so she can only be my slave .
I withdraw another 20 silver coins and said : now she doesn't owe you anything so move it .
Oh, a tough guy, trying to play the hero, but i don't want your money, i want her to be my slave , those who can help me take down that arrogant bastard will get permission to ride with me for free from now on .
Hiswords were enough to interest two of the other three passengers that were with us on the carriage , as they smiled at each other and stood behind the coachman .
I looked at the three men grinning in front of me and said : THIS IS MY FIRST AND FINAL WARNING TO YOU GUYS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SCRAM, DON'T PUSH YOUR LUCK OR ELSE NOT ONLY YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET THE MONEY BUT YOU MIGHT END UP LOOSING SOMETHING MORE PRESCIOUS .
I used the passive effect of The Aura Of Strong to intimidate them and it was my first time using the skill too and let me just say that a special skill passive effect was really something else, the two guys in front of me let go of their weapons and was now paralyzed and was stuck in their places as if there were some force that was fixing them i their places and that was to some extent correct, as i was able to tell that they were like this because of the effect of my skill .
As for the chubby dude he had already fainted a second after i released my aura , i took back my money and gave the girl her cloak back and mentioned for her to follow me towards the Teleportation Hall without giving them a second glance .
