Yelena blinked at him, utterly speechless for a moment. Then her eyes narrowed, and she straightened sharply, her expression hardening into pure disbelief.
"Do you—do you even know who you're talking to right now, Mika?"
She demanded, her voice rising.
"You just asked me—me—to act like a dog?!"
Her tone was half outrage, half shock. She jabbed a finger toward her chest as her aura flared behind her dramatically.
"I'm Yelena, one of the Battle Angels! The Sword Maiden! The same one who helped save this world more than once! The woman who has statues in cities, temples built in her name! If I so much as send one sword across the sky, people stop in their tracks and cheer! Some even start crying!"
She crossed her arms, looking downright offended.
"And you want someone like that—someone with that much prestige—to get on her hands and knees and act like a dog? Absolutely not!"
