To all the loyal readers who have followed Tatsumi's journey in the world of My Hero Academia, who have commented, supported, and taken the time to read each chapter, I first want to express my deepest gratitude.
It is with a heavy heart that, after much and difficult deliberation, I must announce that this fanfiction, "My Hero Academia: The Dragon's Quirk," must end here. I know this isn't the ending you were hoping for, and frankly, it wasn't the ending I ever envisioned when I started it.
There are several reasons behind this difficult decision. The main one is that I, as the author, feel I've reached a dead end. I've completely run out of ideas for continuing this story in a proper way. I feel that if I force this story to continue, the quality won't improve, but will likely become even more chaotic and unsatisfying. You all deserve better than that.
Furthermore, there are real-life factors that are now demanding more of my time and energy. There are several important projects I can't put off, and frankly, I've also discovered a newfound joy in playing Honkai: Star Rail, which is quite time-consuming. I've reached a point where I need to balance my commitments, and unfortunately, to do so, I'll have to stop one of them. This difficult choice has been to write this story.
I want to thank you again from the bottom of my heart. Every comment you've left, every theory you've written, every piece of support you've given me—it all means so much to me. It's the fuel that's kept this story going this far.
And for that, I'm truly sorry. I'm sorry I had to end this story halfway. I'm sorry I couldn't give you the ending to the adventures of Tatsumi, Akame, Leone, and the others. And I'm sorry to all of you who have faithfully read this strange and awkward story of mine, for disappointing your anticipation.
I know this story is far from perfect, but you all kept reading, and that's an honor I will always cherish.
I hope you all stay healthy and find many more great stories to enjoy.
