Cherreads

Epilogue of Abysmal insect.

Oberon Vortigern POV:

Oberon is falling. Falling into a bottomless pit, through an endless tunnel, and will continue to fall.

He had no longer had the strength to fly. No, in the first place—

"Those wings on my back are merely decorations. Did you really expect me to fly, you idiot?"

He sneered hatefully, but in fact he found it exhilarating. Although he was defeated, Oberon already accomplished his purpose.

The only thing he was displeased with was not being able to take Chaldea down with him.

"Go, go! Fly wherever you desire! I'll do my best not to meet with you again!"

I watch as those bastards fly, fly towards the crack- to the light that is so small yet big.

I watched them fly while I, on other hand falling to the abyss (hollow).

"Go away"

"Go away"

I muttered, while looking at them. Oberon- the great liar watch it with intense hatred.

"Whatever, it doesn't matter. Killing Britain means my wish is already complete."

"Yeah, and yet—"

The smirk on my face disappeared.

"The fictitious you. Titania, the one who loved the twisted Oberon. I wasn't able to fulfill my dream of destroying them for your sake."

NARRATIVES:

The one who was created "to be that way" and discarded as "nothing after that". His love, like a sacrifice, is an existence exclusive only to stories.

——Or.

Even if he had met someone similar to her, the Great Liar Oberon could not admit it.

Oberon POV:

"Aaa, but why? Even though I got beaten to a pulp, I don't know why I feel so calm."

The abyssal hole is disappearing, and he will continue to fall.

"Mmm, so that's the sky in Pan Human History..."

I smiled, this time it's not a smirk nor a pure disgust smile I wore- no, it was more than that.

"Geez. It's so beautiful it makes me want to vomit."

The lid to the bottomless hole has been closed.

The Insect of Hell will continue his unending descent with no end in sight. A befitting end to a Great liar, Oberon.

"Mhm. Even in the most banal of kingdoms, even the unspoken supporting characters have a meaning. Even the final pages you forgotten and the stories you humans(reality) discarded——— They all have a right to linger on." I muttered one last time, to them, to me and for Titania...

Or so I thought, who would have known the great liar, Oberon. Would be stranded in a world without Gaia's influence and alaya's watchful gazes, a clear blue sky and a cloud that is lingering together, that is both beautiful and disgusting sight. A busting city, humans chattering and vehicles.
