I was pretty sure that wasn't how biology worked, but with Kieran's hand pressed against my waist like this, I could barely even stutter my own name.
"W-What k-kind of twisted logic is that?" I managed out.
"After we have sex," Kieran continued, completely ignoring my question like it was irrelevant, "I'm certain you'll change your mind and agree to be my boyfriend. …Maybe even my wife eventually, when we graduate."
"WIFE?!" My voice reached a pitch that broke the last record.

And why the hell did he think that sleeping together would unlock my supposed feelings?
