His words hit me like a rock to the chest. First he thinks I stole from him, and now he thinks I'm lying?
I'm not so important someone would have to frame me? Really?
The blood from my knees drain, and my legs give out. I almost drop to the ground before I feel his arms circle around me.
I feel heartbroken, worse he's making me feel like a thief, someone who 'betrayed' him.
I dig my teeth into my lower lip to stop me from sobbing. I have to stand my ground, and defend myself somehow. So crying is not part of the deal.
"What are you trying to do? Play a fragile little lady? Seriously, you should stop," he lets me go, and I gently drop to the ground.
My chest feels like a rock at this moment, my head is pounding hard, and my vision is going blurry.
