Adam knew this was his chance. He could use their panic to create even more chaos more confusion. He could turn them all against each other. It was the perfect storm and he was the one directing it.
"Look more people are dying!" someone screamed from the panicked crowd on the ground floor. "Hurry do something!"
The men on the walkway above fired another long burst of warning shots into the factory's high ceiling. "Stay where you are!" one of their leaders shouted his voice amplified by the cavernous space. "No one moves until Johnny bro gives the order!"
But their attempts to restore order only fueled the flames of paranoia. They continued to argue shouting threats and accusations back and forth.
The men on the ground believed they were being set up. The men on the balcony saw a mutiny brewing.
