It was evening.

Aarav walked toward Ayla's house like he had done a thousand times before.

The gate was slightly open.

Her house was never left like that.
He stepped inside.
The living room was quiet.

"Ayla?" he called.

Then he heard it.

From her room.
He didn't think.

He just ran.
She was sitting on the floor.
Back against the bed.
Face buried in her hands.
Shaking.
Crying.

"Ayla—" his voice cracked.
She looked up.

"What happened?" he asked, rushing toward her.

"Don't lie to me."
His voice was louder now.
Not angry.
Desperate.
She tried to look away.
But tears kept falling.
By then, her parents had entered the room.
Her mom.Her dad.Her sister.
All confused.All worried.
"What happened?" her dad asked firmly.
She stayed silent.
"Ayla," her mom said softly, kneeling beside her,"tell us."
Nothing.
Just tears.
Her dad's voice rose.
"WHAT HAPPENED?"
And that's when she broke.
Words came out in pieces.
Shaking.Disjointed.
But enough.
"That guy… Reyan's friend…"
Aarav froze.
"He… he touched me…"
Silence.
"He… slid his hand… from my back…"
Her voice cracked.
"…to my legs…"
The room stopped breathing.
"And he said…"
She couldn't finish.
Her sister started crying.
Her mom covered her mouth.
Her dad stood still.
Aarav didn't move.
Didn't speak.
Didn't react.
Not outside.
Inside?
Everything was burning.
"What did he say?" her dad asked again, voice low, controlled.
Ayla forced it out.
"He said… I should come to the guest house tonight…"
Her voice broke completely.
"…and he'd pay me better than anyone else."
That was it.
Aarav stood up.
Slowly.
Too calmly.
"Aarav—" she said immediately, panic rising,"no… don't—"
He turned.
His eyes…

"Who is he?" he asked.
Quiet.
Too quiet.
"Aarav please—" she stood up, holding his arm,"don't do anything stupid—"
"NAME."
He shouted.
The room shook.
Everyone went silent.
She whispered it.
Gave the name.
The place.
The guest house.
And that was enough.
He pulled his arm away.
Started walking out.
"AARAV!" she ran after him.
Tears still falling.
Fear now mixed with something else.
Fear… for him.
"You're not going," she said, grabbing his shirt.
"Please… don't go… I'm scared… you'll do something—"
He stopped.
Turned.
And for the first time…
he wasn't the calm Aarav.
His voice wasn't soft.
Wasn't careful.
Wasn't controlled.
"I am going," he said.
Every word heavy.
"They think they can touch you… talk about you like that…"
His jaw clenched.
"And I'm supposed to sit here?"
"Aarav please—"
He stepped closer.
Not aggressive.
But intense.
"Just tell me one thing," he said.
Voice shaking with anger.
"Do you want me to stay quiet?"
She looked at him.
And couldn't answer.
Because deep down…
She knew.
He wouldn't.
He stepped back.
Walked out.
Didn't look back.
Behind him…
Ayla stood frozen.
Tears falling.
Heart racing.
Because she knew…
This wasn't going to be small.
This wasn't just anger.
This was Aarav.
