After a short wait, Tyler came over with Maxim. His steps were light, and his face showed clear joy. Seeing this, Yaelle couldn't help but smile.
She knew Maxim had been looking forward to this meeting for a long time.
Suddenly, when their eyes met, Maxim's eyes lit up like two shining stars. His lips curled into a gentle smile that warmed the heart like a spring breeze.
Yaelle thanked Tyler and then looked at Maxim, who seemed a bit stunned. She said, "What's wrong? Changing clothes and now you don't recognize me? Why are you standing here smiling foolishly?"
Hearing this, Maxim seemed to wake up from a dream and quickly replied, "No, it's just... I didn't expect you to really come here." His voice was full of surprise and excitement, almost stumbling over his words.
Yaelle smiled softly and said quietly, "Since I promised you, I won't break my word. Besides, I really want to see what your school looks like." She gently patted Maxim's shoulder to comfort him.
Maxim looked at Yaelle gratefully, his eyes full of deep feelings. He knew this woman was not only beautiful but also kind-hearted. Getting her promise was one of the happiest things in his life.
"Come on, I booked a room at the inn. It's not convenient to talk here," Yaelle broke the silence and gestured to Maxim.
Maxim nodded and quickly followed Yaelle. Along the way, they talked and laughed, sharing recent interesting stories. Before they knew it, they had arrived at the inn's entrance.
Maxim followed closely as they walked into the inn. His mood was extremely happy because he knew that soon he would spend wonderful time with the one he loved.
After they pushed open the door and entered the room, Maxim couldn't wait to lift Yaelle gently but with a hint of force. His eyes were full of love and tenderness, as if wanting to merge her into himself.
Yaelle was startled by the sudden action but quickly adapted. She hugged Maxim's neck tightly, feeling his warm breath.
Maxim freed one hand to gently close the door, then skillfully locked it. Every movement was natural and smooth, as if done many times before. As the door closed, the atmosphere in the room became intimate. Their heartbeats mixed into a beautiful melody.
Maxim took a few steps to the bed and gently laid Yaelle on the soft mattress. Her body trembled slightly, and a shy blush appeared on her face. Maxim looked at her charming expression and felt his desire grow stronger. He leaned down, gently covering her body, holding her waist tightly.
At that moment, Maxim's lips slowly moved toward Yaelle's lips, lightly brushing them. She felt his breath grow more rapid, a wave of heat rushing over her. Yaelle closed her eyes, immersed in the sweet moment, enjoying his kiss. Maxim's tongue gently parted her teeth and intertwined with hers, kissing deeply and passionately.
This kiss was like a storm, sweeping over Yaelle and completely overwhelming her. Her body gradually softened, and her thoughts grew fuzzy.
She only knew she wanted more now, more love, more close contact. She responded to Maxim's passion, hugging his back tightly, fingers digging into his muscles.
Feeling Yaelle's response, Maxim's passion rose even higher. His lips moved from hers to her neck, gently sucking her delicate skin, leaving faint marks. Yaelle's breathing grew heavier, and her body twisted uncontrollably, craving more stimulation.
Maxim struggled to stop himself just in time. He released her lips and buried his head in Yaelle's neck to calm his breath.
At this moment, she did not dare to move. Though she had some desire, she was mostly happy. Happy that even when his passion was hard to control, he still kept his original intention and restrained himself.
After a long time, so long that Yaelle felt her legs nearly numb, Maxim finally turned over and lay beside her.
Yaelle lightly patted her chest, feeling a little nervous. She asked, "Maxim, you haven't eaten yet, right? Should I ask Attendant Sean to bring some food to the room?"
Maxim gave a small smile and answered gently, "Alright, you go ahead and decide." For him, what to eat didn't matter. As long as Yaelle was happy, that was enough.
Yaelle let out a breath of relief, walked over to unbolt the door, and raised her voice. "Attendant Sean, come in for a moment." She knew very well Attendant Sean must be nearby, always ready for her call.
Attendant Sean quickly stepped out from the shadows and respectfully replied, "Yes, miss, what are your orders?"
Yaelle smiled and said, "Go order a few delicious dishes and have the waiter bring them to the room. We'll eat here. Oh, and you all should order something to eat too, don't just wait outside."
"Come back after you've finished eating." She wasn't used to being served during meals. She disliked being watched while eating.
After all, servants were people too. They also needed to eat and rest. The waiter moved quickly.
In less than fifteen minutes, four dishes and a soup were served. The food was average. Since she was used to the recently improved dishes at home, these tasted bland.
Yaelle slowly finished one bowl of rice, then put down her utensils. Maxim, on the other hand, wasn't picky. He finished most of the food, leaving barely anything behind.
Yaelle couldn't help but sigh. He really was a growing boy with a big appetite. Probably traumatized by the school canteen food.
That food was indeed bad. After the meal, Yaelle took out the gift she brought for Maxim and placed it on the table. Maxim looked at it curiously.
On the table were two bundles and a wooden box. "What's inside?" Maxim asked. Yaelle smiled.
"Things I picked out just for you." She continued, "There are two sets of clothes, writing tools, sachets, pouches, and some small items I thought would suit you." Hearing this, Maxim felt warmth in his heart.
He never lacked these things. But knowing Yaelle had prepared them specially made him genuinely happy. "Thank you, Yaelle," Maxim said sincerely.
Yaelle smiled and shook her head, meaning there was no need to thank her. Just then, Maxim seemed to remember something. He reached into his sleeve and pulled out a delicate little box, handing it to Yaelle.
Yaelle accepted the box and asked curiously, "What is this?" Maxim gave a mysterious smile. "Open it and you'll see."
Yaelle gently lifted the lid. A soft glow immediately spilled from inside. She looked closely and saw a luminous pearl the size of a longan, glowing faintly and beautifully.
"Wow, it's so pretty!" Yaelle exclaimed. Maxim smiled. "I came across this luminous pearl by chance."
"I thought it was special and wanted to give it to you." He looked at her. "I hope you like it."
Yaelle looked at Maxim with gratitude, her eyes shimmering with tears. She carefully placed the pearl back in the box. Then she hugged Maxim tightly.
"Thank you, Brother Maxim. This gift is so precious. I'll treasure it," Yaelle said softly. Maxim gently patted her back and comforted her.
"As long as you're happy." He added, "I'll give you even more and better gifts in the future." The two sat holding each other, enjoying the warmth of the moment.
They both knew their feelings had already been deeply shared. In the days ahead, they would face challenges together. They would create beautiful memories side by side.
