Ding ding... Her alarm buzzed at 5. a.m waking her up from a beautiful slumber. She groaned as she kicked her sheets out and got up from the bed. The hell I hate to wake up, she thought. Her body suddenly jolted up as she realized what day it is. Fuck i have to get ready. Today is the first day of my high school and I can't just be late on the very first day. Let's go Diana we can't delay any more. Saying this to herself she went to take a bath.
She came out after an hour. Took out her new dress, dried her hair and wore a subtle looking makeup. She got down to have her food. Finished it, taking her bag in hands she came out to take out her new bellies, she had purchased yesterday. Her school bus started so she went to climb in. Diana went to the school as a fresher. There was a kind of excitement and curiosity inside her. She met her old seniors in the bus and got some ideas of high school life. She was very eager to experience those. Finally the bus arrived at the destination and Diana, who chose the commerce field as she was interested in business stepped her foot inside the main gate. The school was quite big and the teachers guided them to their classroom. The seats were occupied so she sat on the first bench along with her friend. The class was nice and 2 hours passed already. Being sleepy she laid her head down on the desk as it was break time for them. She took a quick nap for 15 mins and the classes started again. Teachers introduced themselves and also her new classmates. Everyone was asked about their dream and goal in life. Their answers were funny and boring only a few of them had serious aims and Diana was one of them. "I am dreaming to be a Chartered accountant and also wanna start up my own business and be a successful business woman", she conveyed loudly with a firm and confident tone surprising her lecturer.
It was their lunch break she went to wash her hands along with her friend.
"Such a waste here. Not even a single handsome man in sight". Tch...tch... said Diana receiving a slap by her friend for which she groaned. They had their food and were sitting in the classroom when one of their lecturer arrived.
"All of you guys pack up all your stuff and you will be heading to the main building where you will all have language classes", he declared. She didn't wanted to go yet she had to. They packed their bags, came out of the class only to see a crowd of students.
"Flock of sheeps...! Let's take the other way". It was still lunch time so 1E sec guys were standing out. She received stares which were ignored. And she got down her floor just to get on the first one where 2E sec guys were standing, there were many of them, she didn't even give a glance at them and continued walking. She did heard them teasing but shrugged it off. They sat in the bus and were taken to the main building.
Her classes ended and they went to the canteen.
"I'm hungry as hell , let's eat up", said Diana
"Yeah fine .!!" replied her friend.
They had their snacks and went home.
"My expectations never met not even a single handsome guy at sight geezzz... they all looked like monkeys honestly". Diana mumbled to herself and slept off having dinner.
MICHAEL'S POV:
I'm just looking at the flock of sheeps going behind girls. That too our juniors, my friends have no shame. I do like to flirt and I'm a master in it. But believe me I don't flirt with younger girls and I don't even know why....! Great!
Mich come on now let's take a walk. George dragged me along with him. It's literally the first day of our junior's and look at them. I just went with them and as usual I was at the front and they all were being led by me. Those girls' stare didn't go unnoticed by me yet were ignored for sure.
The day just ended like that. I saw my gf after class had a great conversation and went home. I am currently laying down on my bed thinking... do I really like her or is it just an attraction it has been almost an year now still no sign of love inside me. Huuuuhhh.. I shrugged it off with a sigh and slowly drifted into my dreamland.
Diana got ready and came to college so does mich.
Diana sits in the first bench as usual.
DIANA'S POV:
"Are those your real nails",asked a girl sitting beside me, yeah I replied we chatted for some time and we were becoming quiet good friends. She's Brittney, and I introduced myself too. It was a great conversation with her. And I found out that she was in the same class as mine for our language classes. Thank god I was getting bored all alone now I have a company. We were chatting the whole class not focusing on the lecture. The class ended we bid our goodbyes and she went off with her friend and me with mine.
Currently we both are standing at the very entrance of the campus, not the gate though. I just saw two overseas students who were having trouble in communicating as they didn't speak Italiano. I also remember how our busmates bullied them morning I literally felt so bad. I turned away and was watching the crowd how crazy..
I heard a loud yet weird laugh for which I turned back and saw group of five boys standing and laughing along with the teacher, she is our language teacher also those two boys were also there. Again I heard the same weird laughter and I saw the owner of it. I looked at him, he too looked at me. He made an eye contact with me. We were there just stranding with our eyes locked. He is a complete stranger to me, then how am I staring at him. I want to look away but I am unable to do that. I am feeling a kind of force which is dragging me towards him. What is this!? And the buzzing crowd is so quiet now I am feeling deaf at this moment. There is nothing in this world other than the guy infront of me and I. I am feeling the world slowing down and everyone and everything just disappeared. I am standing still not being able to break the eye contact. I slowly observe his features. He is not that tall yet not that short. He's around 5'6 or 5'7. He has mild dark chocolate brown eyes, his face is just like a baby, he has queit bulky body, he works out I guess, he has nice jawline, his hairs are well set just like the way I like and damn his smile is the key for every locked doors. I bet girls would go crazy over it. I mean who won't, even I did. Ayy I didn't meant that, I.... He.... oooohhh goshhhh leavveeee.
"Dee.. deee" my friend shook me.
"What happened what are looking at where are you lost?.. "
"Nothing... nothing let's go.." I said and we both left for the bus.
Michael's Pov:
I was going to the main bulding and saw a man, he's old. Maybe parent of some students. I went to him and spoke. He told me everything. I showed him the old campus and he was able to find his son. I was currently talking with the two guys I just helped, one of them is that old man's son other one is his friend. I got to know that they both can't speak Italian well. Poor them atleast they speak English. We were talking and I introduced myself with the name my friends gave me.
"Hello! I am Michael, you can call me Salvatore or Panda too".
"All three are your names", They asked
I was about to say yes.
"No! Michael is his name. He's just talking nonsense", our Italiano teacher spoke , for which we all laughed so hard. I just turned front for a moment and my eyes immediately met a pair of dark brown ones. She's a fresher. I don't know why we are having an eye contact at this moment. My friends laughter and talks just faded away at that moment. Currently I am having an eye contact with a complete stranger I just saw. This is not me. I can't look into people's eyes. I don't even stare at my girlfriend's eyes too. But this girl is drawing me towards her just by her eyes. I observed her breifly. She is short, she's not even 5. She has pretty hairs which are flying due to wind, she looks like an angel, she has such beautiful eyes, attractive face, she is slim and has great body, she is literally so pretty. I can't describe her through words at all. My friends shouted and she turned away too.
They both were complete stranger. But had to meet. Is this destiny's plan? Might be!
The world just faded as her eyes met his.
Everything just disappeared at that moment.
It was just him and her in their own world.
They both stared at each other,
As if their eyes were thirsty for it,
As if they were living in dark and just found a source of light.
As if the world would stop if they look away.
They were unable to look away, even if they wanted to.
This is a kind of force even physics can't explain.
