## Hazel's POV
Sebastian's sleek black Bentley glided through the morning traffic with effortless precision. I sat rigidly in the passenger seat, my eyes fixed on the road ahead, determined not to engage with the man beside me. The tension in the car was thick enough to cut with a knife, though Kangkang seemed blissfully unaware as he happily played with his toy dinosaurs in the back seat.
"You're quiet," Sebastian observed, his voice smooth and controlled.
I shot him a sideways glance. "I'm thinking."
"About my proposal?" He kept his eyes on the road, but I could see the hint of a smile playing at the corners of his mouth.
"About how you're backing me into a corner," I corrected sharply.
Sebastian chuckled softly. "I prefer to think of it as helping you see the obvious choice."
"By ambushing me on a family visit?" I lowered my voice, conscious of Kangkang's presence. "This is manipulative, even for you."
"It's strategic," he countered. "There's a difference."
