Seeing those words "Upgradeable" on the panel, my heart, which had been hanging in suspense, finally settled down.
The panel only told me to kill a Foundation Establishment cultivator, never specified how—as long as it's someone I killed myself, then I can upgrade this Meditation Room.
But according to the panel, once the Meditation Room is upgraded, I'll be able to have Divine Sense even while still in the Qi Cultivation Stage.
