The vines slithered away like a giant serpent, entangling several vampires attempting to encircle him.

Then, he led several companions towards David, their razor-sharp claws trying to tear apart this sudden enemy.
At that moment, an elf warrior leaped into the air, shooting several arrows in an elegant arc at the attacking vampires.
The arrows were incredibly precise, piercing through the vampires as if silver light, forcing those trying to approach David to retreat.
But all vampires are undead, and even arrows imbued with magic power only depleted some of their blood energy, unable to pose a lethal threat.
"Well done!" David's eyes narrowed.
He mobilized the vast amount of plant energy accumulated around him, forming a massive green shield behind him.
