"What's going on..."
Sandra, who nearly got thrown to the ground by the sudden turn of events, quickly stopped her escape and turned around. What she then saw was an image she would never forget.
She saw the giant bone dragon that had been chasing them like a death god, spewing flames, suddenly crash down heavily into the ruins of Aifilan. The reason it crashed "heavily" was because not only had all the flames on its body extinguished, but its entire massive form was also frozen by a layer of ice crystals, looking like the corpse of a giant beast frozen in the snowfields.
On the head of this now immobilized monster covered in ice crystals, a young man in ordinary leather armor was bending over and fiercely chopping at its cervical vertebra. He seemed to be struggling a bit, but with each strike, fragments of the creature's cervical vertebra were splattering all around, accompanied by a succession of cracking sounds.
"Attack quickly! Everyone attack together!"
