Before the Baron finished speaking, his words had already attracted the attention of everyone in the tavern, and several NPCs voiced their disbelief. Clearly, in their minds, ending the so-called Demon Tide seemed impossibly difficult.
"Yes! Your Lordship the Baron! Even though you are a noble, you shouldn't make such wild claims!"
"The Demon Tide has descended upon us, and no one has been able to stop it, let alone eliminate it. Even the old church was destroyed by it!"

As the NPCs continued their discussions, Baron Rog, dressed in gorgeous clothing, calmly gestured for everyone to be silent before he continued speaking:
