Located in the southern part of Wanguo Island, there is an area with low-rise buildings.
The entire population of Wanguo Island is broadly divided into three tiers: The first tier consists of the major countries, which have large populations, developed economies, and occupy a dominant position on the island.
The second tier belongs to the ordinary populace. They are mostly beyond basic subsistence, have jobs, and food to eat, forming the island's middle force.
And then there are the poor, who make up almost half of the island's population. They live in shantytowns, struggling to make ends meet.
This group includes some Qin Han People, some people of color, and citizens from some smaller countries—they are the poor, the slaves, the weak survivors, living just like most people in the post-apocalyptic world.
Now, this area of buildings is a gathering place for ordinary people.
