The sealing wasn't too tiring, you know, since it was being performed by six Uzumaki seal grandmasters and all. Shit would've been easy even if the beast fought back.
Luckily, no Adamantine Chains were used for this one.
He watched the whole thing—watching as the Bijuu were sealed within the three kids. Mind you, each of those kids had several ANBU looking after them.
Speaking of which—for a split second, he vanished.
Reappearing behind the Kiri spy.
His hand clasped behind the man's head.
Before he could say shit...
His soul was ripped out of his body... and fed to the King of Hell.
Hm.
He repeated this process about 50 more times, getting rid of all the spies present and taking their souls, before returning back to where he was to praise the kids on their success.
The clan heirs didn't even bat an eye at him vanishing. Nothing could escape his Rinnegan sight. The Kage of this village could truly see everyone who entered or left the village—he even knew every single ant, bird, and insect within the walls. His eyes could see it all.
His brain must be some kind of supercomputer if he was able to analyze so much data so easily.
No human mind should be able to compute so much.
Yet, he could.
Well... he wasn't human to begin with, so there was that.
Maybe you might think that because his vision was good, the village security was lax... nah, fuck no. Matter of fact, he was tightening up the security so that when he eventually stepped down as Kage, they could monitor the whole village like he did by himself.
Anyway, gazing at the kids with a soft expression, he said,
"Are you guys okay?"
The kids blinked. They felt a slight burning sensation in their chakra coils, as if they were being forcefully expended—but apart from that...
"...Fine," one muttered.
"More than fine," another added with a small grin.
They looked... steady. Stronger, somehow. Like the act of sealing the Tailed Beasts had awakened something primal inside them. Power, sure—but more than that, purpose.
Seijuro gave a nod, then placed a hand on each of their heads, ruffling their hair slightly. A rare smile tugged at his lips.
"Remember this—those Bijuu inside you aren't weapons. They're guardians. Sacred protectors of this land. Treat them like it. Learn their names. Earn their trust."
The kids nodded seriously, eyes glinting with determination. They could feel the power coursing through their veins. Next up in this whole bravado was for them to master that power.
To become... Perfect Jinchuriki.
"Good. Now get stronger. I'm not training scrubs."
With that, he disappeared in a blur.
He needed to do some rather important paperwork bullshit that he had to deal with.
Basically figuring out where each clan should go on the map, mostly for logistics and all that shit. He had used his Rinnegan to strip away some of the land from the Land of Lightning and used it to expand Uzumaki territory.
Even pushed the Uzumaki land further away from the Land of Fire.
Anyway, the Land of Whirlpools was actually nation-sized now—so hey, it was also all habitable, courtesy of Wood Style and all that shit. So yay.
Also yes, he had Wood Style. That part shouldn't really be a shocker. Of course he had good wood.
...
Anyway, enough about his girthy wood—let us now look at the village and where each clan should be.
Uzumaki Clan — Center of the village. As it should be. Stabilizing chakra, elite Fuinjutsu, spiritual core of the village.
Kaguya Clan — Outskirts, near the wildlands. Too wild to be anywhere near civilians. Good for hunting and letting off steam. Basically a forest full of Kenpachis with bloodlust and zero chill.
Yuki and Hozuki Clans — Residing closer to the lakeside. Water specialists, useful for infrastructure and mist-style combat.
Hoshigaki Clan — Clustered around the Whirlpool sector. Strange gills, sharper teeth, but unmatched in aquatic warfare. Kinda terrifying, really. Great for coastal defense.
The village was a melting pot of powerful bloodlines. Not peaceful. But balanced. Barely.
He moved on to the curriculum.
"What makes a Genin in my village?" he muttered, reading over the checklist he wrote himself.
Tree walking and water walking — Mastery required. Not just "can stay on a branch" level. Mastery.
One nature release — Can't throw pebbles and call it Earth Release. Needs control.
Efficient in the Academy Three (Clone, Transformation, Substitution) — No deadweight.
Bare minimum Genin stats across the board — Chakra, taijutsu, reflexes, perception. If any of that's low? Back to class.
Decent with Shunshin — If they can't flash step in or out of a basic skirmish, they're just future corpses.
Must be able to perform at least one C-rank Jutsu in combat conditions — Stress-tested. Not "safe environment" bullshit.
He leaned back in his chair, tapping the pen against his lip.
Strict? Yes.
But the world wasn't kind.
He didn't want "shinobi" in name only. He wanted soldiers. Weapons. Future legends.
And this curriculum?
Would make sure his wish came true.
A/N And for the taijutsu expert, they must show very high taijutsu level, like high genin and they aight.
