The journey back to Konoha was quite boring. Nothing of note actually happened, and Seijuro was just happy to relax on his way back. He didn't need to do anything—just relax. Like sure, at night, he did have one of his clones try out Magnet Release, experimenting with magnetism and all.
This ability had the potential to mess with the planet if used correctly. He wasn't on that level yet, nor would he reach that level for the next decade-ish or so. He was strong...
Not that strong though. Like, elite Jounin were fodder to him... damn, the shit that happens when you get Biju chakra. Boosted him way high there.
Oh well, it's not like he was against it. Physically, his output was that of a Jounin. His Genjutsu was hard carrying.
Being Kage-class and all. His Shuriken Jutsu was elite—he was very good with it.
As for his Kenjutsu, well of course he was good with it. His sword was one of his main weapons.
His Taijutsu was just Jounin-level as of now, but it could get better.
And the second he started using Biju Chakra Mode? Yeah, that's when his stats received a buff. Oh well, even without it, he was elite Jounin—quasi-Kage-level.
Hm... he was 11. Jeez, this was looking like a horrible fanfic story. Shouldn't be realistic for a child to possess such power, yet he did.
Hm, almost felt like he was just regaining former strength. His body was hard-limiting him right now, which is probably why trying anything to improve his Taijutsu before he hit puberty was hopeless.
He had reached his limits for his age. He could not get stronger—unless he got more Biju, but that wasn't near or there. He had reached his cap.
And would not get stronger for a while.
Well, it didn't matter. He'd take it easy from now on, focusing mostly on research, as his strength was more than potent enough to face the vast majority of threats to him. Unless that person was Hashirama, Madara, or the Five Kage ganking him, he would be fine.
Actually, Five Kage ganking him would be better—since more people meant more dummies to test his powers on.
Hm. With thoughts like these, he finally managed to make his way back to the village.
Seijuro stood before the Hokage—straight-backed, composed, clad in a crisp black uniform, sword sheathed and silent at his side. A subtle transformation jutsu still flickered faintly around his frame—residual precautions from the frontlines.
Hiruzen Sarutobi set down his pipe with a small puff of smoke.
"You've returned."
A simple statement—but the weight behind it was not lost on either of them.
"Yes, Hokage-sama," Seijuro replied, bowing respectfully. "Per Tsunade-sama's directive."
Hiruzen offered a smile—genuine and a touch paternal.
"You've done well, Seijuro. I've received numerous reports praising your contributions along the border. That sealing technique you developed... it turned the tide against the One-Tail's assault."
He reached into a drawer, producing a mission report marked Top Priority – Strategic Impact.
"Tsunade described it as a seal that was able to turn off the Biju magnetism."
Seijuro didn't blink.
From within his coat, he unsealed a compact scroll wrapped in silk and offered it with both hands.
"The technique is called Fujōin: Kyūketsu Unpō. The seal is simple—within a certain perimeter, all magnetism just ceases." He then raised the seal up to the Hokage.
"I wish to donate this seal to the village."
Hiruzen blinked.
"You... brought the full design?"
"Of course," Seijuro replied softly, bowing again. "I'm a shinobi of Konoha. If it helps the village survive another day... then I will gladly donate it."
There was no bravado in his voice—just fact. Plain. Absolute.
Hiruzen's eyes softened, though behind them gears turned like polished steel. The Will of Fire... embodied in a ghost.
"Seijuro, you are aware that you may keep your original jutsu and seal. You are not forced to give it to the village," the Hokage said calmly.
To which Seijuro replied,
"I know. Yet if this seal is useful for the village, I have no grudge against parting with it."
He took the scroll carefully, like one would take a newborn child.
Seijuro's expression didn't change.
He studied the old man's expression before opening his mouth and saying:
"Besides. A technique hoarded is a technique that dies with its user. I'd rather it live—through every shinobi who might need it more than I do."
Hiruzen exhaled slowly.
Was this boy for real?
"Seijuro... are you sure about this?"
"Yes, Hokage-sama. I've also documented several supplementary techniques I developed on the front. Variants of Genjutsu-encoded Fūinjutsu, several elemental jutsu, an upgraded version of the Shunshin... if you'd permit, I'd like to offer them to the shinobi archives."
The room fell quiet.
The Will of Fire didn't just flicker in this boy—it roared.
Hiruzen was stunned. He did not expect such a thing from the boy.
Seijuro would open the scroll, and from it, Hiruzen would see the jutsu listed. He expected something like maybe 3 or 4.
Something light.
Yet, what he saw was:
🔥 1. Katon: Gouryuuka no Jutsu
(Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique)
Effect: Launches massive fire dragons capable of melting stone. Can mark targets via heat distortion.
Handseal: Tiger → Dragon → Hare → Tiger
⚡ 2. Chidori
(One Thousand Birds)
Effect: Lightning chakra focused into the hand for a powerful thrust. Penetrates most physical defenses.
Handseal: Ox → Rabbit → Monkey
🌀 3. Rasengan
(Spiraling Sphere)
Effect: A high-level chakra sphere that causes explosive internal damage on impact.
Handseal: None (requires chakra shape manipulation)
What truly caught the Hokage's attention, however, was this:
Shinkanshin no Jutsu / Shunpo
"Technique of the Instant Flash Body"
Type: Movement Type
🔬 How It Works (Mechanics):
Chakra Compression & Focus
The user stores chakra in the calves, thighs, and soles in a tightly compressed state.
This compression takes micro-prep time, but a user with high chakra control can do it near-instantly.
Explosive Linear Burst
Upon activation, the user detonates the compressed chakra in a linear pulse, sending themselves flying forward with invisible propulsion.
The propulsion displaces the surrounding air violently—but without sound if Wind chakra is used (Kazeshun variant).
Atmospheric Distortion & Echo Trail
The sheer speed displaces air, creating a momentary vacuum distortion.
This produces "afterimage flicker" as a visual lag: the opponent's eyes register an echo, but the real body is already gone.
Static Chakra Echo (Optional Layer)
A secondary layer involves a brief chakra imprint left behind (phantom residue).
This "ghost" can either be:
– A harmless chakra flicker to confuse enemy sensory types
– User may use basic Clone Jutsu to help
To say Hiruzen was stunned would be the understatement of the decade... this child... had done all of this in that time.
"I had begun visualizing those jutsu back in the academy. However, I did not have any way to safely test them. My main issue was my clear lack of chakra. After Lady Tsunade taught me the 100 Sealing, I was able to make my imagination a reality."
He phrased his words in such a way that he made it sound like... without Konoha's help, he wouldn't have achieved all that—and for that, he thanked them.
