CALM BEFORE THE STORM Location the Humanworld; Japan-Kuoh: Kuoh Prime University

A man with gray brushed hair, in a fine suit. Was lecturing, and teaching a formula to be used, to answer various calculations. He though of Asia, being cared for at home, by the prinnies and Arella. This was relief. She was happy, and learning many things, through Rin, Tsurara, Arella, and the girls. Honestly, once the fallen are eliminated, he'll talk to Sona to get Asia into school. Maybe he'll even shatter another canon-event, by sparing one or two of those three fallen. Not thinking about Dohnaseek, he'll die. That's why Laharl, Yang, Ranma, Rumi, Cerberus, Caulifla, and even Ren were training the protag, Issei. His progress, was going smoothly. As much as, Laharl wanted to introduce, Issei to a dungeon. But Issei, his loyal nature. He'll tell Rias, and that will be another annoyance. Once he'd gain his Dungeon Nexus, and a year passed, he'll wish that Rias' affection, change to Issei. But that is a wish, for distant future.

Tsubaki's reason is that wants to be the vice-president of her future school. While Miltia, she wanted to be a trusted secretary, for her and Tsubaki. MEETING OF KUOH KINGS Location the Bael Residence: Krichevskoy Mansion, Backyard-Pool Area
It is Sunday. Everyone is free. Sona, she called all the devils of Kuoh. Making a meeting, between all the Kings and their respected peerages. As the Sitri Heiress, needed to discuss things of the current state, in Kuoh. Asking Laharl to use his mansion, as the meeting location. Laharl, he'd agreed. Which leads to now, more than a dozen devils, were around the backyard of Krichevskoy Mansion. Various sides of the yard, the peerage were gathered, and waiting, for the meeting to start. In the north side, of the backyard. Rias sitting on her sun-chair. With a cook, fruity drink in hand. She along her peerage, were in casual clothes. Beside her, were Akeno, and Aika. Gasper, he was shyly, hidden behind these girls. Drinking some fruit-punch, offered by a prinny. Kiba, he was standing straight, and observant. Like a stoic, handsome knight. Towa in her, white theme uniform, was next to Koneko. She is sitting down, calm and quietly, hugging the prinny that Laharl-kun, gifted her, a while back. Lastly Issei, he was near the bar. Sitting a bit confused, and not knowing the reason that this meeting was called. Also surprised, that once school council president, Sona-senpain. Along with the former, great beauties of the Academy, were all devils as well.
The west side of the yard, next to the pool. Is the Sitri Peerage. All in casual, warm clothes. Sona, was sitting in a simple chair. Tsubaki, Tsubasa, and Miltia, closest to Sona. All sat down, on chairs. Katase, in her cute pinkish-peach hair. She was standing beside, Murayama. Her best friend, and partner in fights. Momo, Reya, Ruruko, and Tomoe, they are together. Sat down, beside the rest of their peerage. The crystal, clear waters of the pool, behind them. Next is Laharl's peerage, all beside the back entrance of the mansion. Albedo in her usual white dress, and Kneesocks in her beige uniform, sat beside Laharl. Cerberus, they are sitting next to each other. Sat by the sliding, glass door. Daki, Rumi, and Zombina, were bundled together. Sitting calmly, and drinking some fruity drinks. Nero, was painting the groups. One by one. Inspired by the sights of the devils, Weiss standing next to the Red Saber. Inspecting and complemented Nero's work. Raven, was floating in place, her legs crossed. Next to her, are Mizore drinking a ice-cream float, while Ruby, was eating a sandwich. Setsuna, she was next to Morrigan, Kyoko, and Ranko. While Caulifla, she was the only one standing. Actually, shadow-boxing, not really caring for the reason, this meeting is all about.
Lastly is the south side. Closest to the woods, surrounding the mansion. In the open, grass yard of the opened area. The Saotome peerage, are gathered and waiting. Ranma, was sitting down, directly onto the lawn. In a cross-legged, position. Kodachi, and Yang they were sitting, beside Ranma. Yang, she chilled, and crossed-armed. While Kodachi, was sitting properly on a chair. Blake, she was reading a book. Inspiration for her, up and incoming book. Melanie, Kaori, and Ukyo, they are sitting calmly, eating some snacks, waiting for this meeting to start. Shampoo, she was humming beside Kodachi. Ren and Nora, they are next to one another. Slightly cuddling, and calmly waiting for this thing to start. Even Kasumi and Nodoka were there. Since Sona, requested all devils present. As Ranma's bishop, and queen pieces, respectfully. They'd had to attend and participate. Kasumi, the angel of the Ranmaverse, and Nodoka, the elegant, charming, with a traditional Japanese mother aura, around her. Drew the attention of the Gremory Peerage, since Kasumi is working hard for a diploma, and a career in medicine. And Lady Saotome, as Nodoka is referred to respectfully. Has been making big waves, in the Underworld, both cause her beauty, and progress. Securing the construction of the Saotome Pillar House. Issei, he was warned, by Ranma, and the rest of the Saotome peerage. That Nodoka aka mom/mother-in-law, and sweet Kasumi, are off limits. Sensing the danger, Issei finally listened to his main brain, and clammed up. And restrain from doing anything perverted, or insulting to those two women.
After a couple minutes, some prinnies came over. Bringing more food, and drinks for everyone. A bit later, Sona, she asked the prinnies to give them, privacy. The prinnies, they nodded and saluted to Sona. As they left to go back inside, the mansion. And with that, this meeting has officially begun.
STUPID ARGUMENTS The meeting has been going on, for around thirty minutes, and to be honest. After Sona, revealed that the fallen. They have been gathering, forces in the abandoned church, at the outskirts of town. Then, she turned towards, the relaxing Rias. Giving her best friend, and rival, a frown. She'd demanded from Rias, "what she's been doing in the town?" Rias was confused, then wanted clarity, on Sona's mood. This made Laharl, Ranma, Kiba, Akeno, and even Kusumi, along many others groan. Knowing that Rias, fucked up. Except for Gasper, and Issei...maybe Cerberus and Nora too...who were clueless, on what is happening at the moment. Albedo, Nodoka, Kodachi, Tsubaki, and Morrigan only shuke their heads, knowing that Issei and a few others. Needed to be more, aware on what's happening around them. But these, the more mature and responsible members, from each peerages. They could only sigh, and keep watch. Making sure that neither heiress, cross the line, and turn this meeting into something violent. Sona, she was forcing herself, not to get angry or frustrated with Rias. As she mentioned... Or more like, telling Rias, about the incident with the White Emperor. When Rias, remembered this, she'd frown and looked off her side. Trying to avoid, Sona's gaze. As Sona continued, talking. She told Rias, that the Grigori were still under suspension by her sister. In fact Serafall, she along with the support of two other of the Four Satans. Forbidding fallen from wonder around, without permission. This made Rias, she felt more bad. Like a child, being lecture by her parents.
After, Sona stopped her accusing, Rias pouted in frustration. Rias, spoke back to Sona. Saying, "Sona I know!! I'm not a child, and this is my territory. I believe, I have the right to decide, how to deal with this situation!!" as she finished speaking, and with a "hmmph" and pouting lips. Looking away from Sona, again many devils face slapped. As Rias she did what she always does cornered...stick her foot, in her big mouth. Laharl, Ranma, and the others, including Rias' peerage, turned towards to Sona. As Tsubaki and the others of the Sitri Peerage, started to sweat and back away from their King. Sona, lowered her head. Her glasses, obstructed her eyes and a cold, menacing aura of frost. Was being released by Sona. Tsubaki, was about to ask, Sona if she was okay. But Sona, she raised her hand to silence her Queen, before she could speak. Raising her other hand, to adjust her glasses. In a low voice, she said Rias name. Soo frigid her tone, made Rias uncomfortable and intimidated. Her eyes, were suddenly wide opened. Her face turned, slightly blue, as she recalled what she just said. And to Sona of all people, that is almost as bad, as if she'd dared pulling this with Grayfia-nee, or worse mother... She started looking for support from her peerage, and suddenly noticed. That aside from Issei, everyone else backed away from Rias. Shaking their heads, basically telling their King, "You're on, your own." Rias, she wanted to tell them, their traitors. And Issei, is to new to know Sona's fury, when angered. Without support, she could only turn, slowly to Sona. Responding to Sona, in a low, and fearsome tone, "...Yes?"
Sona, was completely pissed. After taking a deep breathe, and started ranting and scolding Rias. Without any mercy or restrain. Yelling at Rias, about her carelessness, and irresponsible actions. Risking their territory, cause of pride and arrogance!! Then, she mentioned that if Laharl, hasn't eliminated that excommunicated exorcist. They would have lost several contractors, and risk their mana source. Or even their still weaker members, could be at risk of facing against this killer. Of course she'd meant exclusively, Rias' peerage. While they're are stronger, than actual low-class devils. In comparison, Rias is the weakest group of the four peerages, in charge of Kuoh. That's including Issei, even thou, he is the Red Emperor. He is still starting his, rise in power and ability. So this made, Rias' actions, even more irresponsible!! As Sona, continued to lay on Rias. Rias, she was crouched into her seat. Unable to talk back to Sona, but stay quiet. As Sona, continue to lecture and scold at Rias, until Laharl. He decided that Rias, she has had enough. Walking over at Sona, and placing his hand, onto Sona's shoulder. Calming down, and taking another deep breathe, Sona, she calmed herself down. Her tone softening. Apologizing to her best friend, for lecturing Rias without mercy. She'll confess that they'll have to deal with these fallen, as they'll plan assault them. Before they can cause, bigger issues and problems in Kuoh. But, as Sona tone became cold, and authorized, "But Rias!! (Rias jumped a bit, at Sona's tone) I'll tell my sister about this, this situation is too serious, not to inform our Satans. You aren't a kid Rias, we have to think about our actions, will affect our charges. Before taking action!!!" Rias nodded, and Laharl took over. Stating that they can take out, the fallen without problem. Or risk to the truce, between the three factions, since the Grigori aren't allowed in devil owned territories. Everyone agree, with Laharl, and honestly Akeno, felt kinda of hot. Seeing Laharl, taking charge, and planning to eliminate dirty fallens. As this meeting, that started as a Rias roasting, has ended becoming a battle planning. Regardless what this meeting has become, soon the final parts of the first plot of DXD, will be concluded.
