Previously on Nathan's Journey, Nathan awoke from his nightmare but found himself in an even worse nightmare as he's left eye is dislocated and Nathan's body is left completely demolished... But his spirit still hasn't fallen as he still fights for his freedom alongside Andrea now they face the doors on Judgement day...
It resumes to them walking up the stairs to uncertainty.
"Look." Nathan locks fingers with Andrea. "No matter what you hear in there, no matter how ugly thing get because..." As Nathan sees the press Infront of the court doors. "We're public enemy number 1..."
"I told you I married you for your imperfections, and I said in my vows I'd stand by you no matter what." She says as she wraps around his arm.
The media flashes of countless pictures rain down disorientating Nathan. "I can't see." He thinks as his right eye is struggling to observe properly.
"Look down, if you look at the lights your gonna get an epilepsy with just your one eye." Andrea says as she guides him to the door.
"Nathan Sanders Daily News! Is the allegation true?!"
"Nathan World press, is it true you cheated on your wife and killed the hooker?!"
"Nathan Sanders Daily Digest! Are all your murder allegations true?!"
The media eats Nathan alive with the bombardment of questions. Their asking questions Nathan himself doesn't know the answer.
"No comment." Andrea says for Nathan as they push through the crowd of reporters.
"Why are you defending him? He's the same guy who cheated on you!"
"Why defend a dirty cheat like that?!"
"Is he holding you hostage?!"
"Are you really fine with Dating a man with one eye?!"
The press turn there vicious questions onto Andrea trying to shake her faith in Nathan.
"I'm not listening to your bull shit!" She thinks as they finally gets through the crowd and enters the hall.
"Your finally here Nathan I thought you weren't gonna be here in time." Nathan's lawyer says.
Nathan "sorry If I worried you, who is he Andrea?" He whispers to Andrea as he doesn't who this guy is.
"He's your lawyer, he works at the firm George use to work for before he..." Andrea says as it flashes back to George being shot in the head by that corrupt cop.
"I still remember it... And they think I did it even though I didn't even have a gun, my finger prints aren't even on his body that's why the charges for that case was not included on my rap sheet as it is just speculation." Nathan clearly analyzes.
But before they enter the court room Nathan bumps into a familiar face.
"Is that you?" Nathan says as he sees the bartender has arrived to this case.
"Nathan, it's good to see you, well what's left of you." He jokingly says as he shakes his hand.
"What are you doing here?" Nathan asks him.
"Well I'm a state witness since I talked to you at the club, they didn't really give me a choice or I'd be taken to jail as well." The bartender says as he scratches his head smiling gently.
"It's okay bro, it was nice seeing you. So what do you think my odds are?" Nathan asks as both he and the bartender stare at the door.
"Well no matter how you see it, the odds are against you, your fate now lies in the hands of the state, they'll judge you with no remorse and pure bias..." The bartender coldly says as he walks out Nathan's vision. "He doesn't know what's coming for him..." He suspiciously says.
Nathan and Andrea walk into the courtroom.
"The Jury..." Andrea looks over to the sinister stares of the jury.
"Their everyone that's against me... Those woman." He looks at the three of the 10 jurors. "There the same feminist that tried to kill me when I first got to North Shore." It shows the flash back to the woman that surrounded him. "That man..." He looks at the cop sitting right next to the women. "He killed George." It flashes to the cop threatening and killing George in cold blood. "Those other six jurors saw me at the club..." It shows the people at the club looking at him in disgust when he came covered in rain.
"Are you telling me..." Andrea says as she realizes.
"It's rigged!!" They both say in unicen.
The air sinks deep into despair as the the light shining from the sun is covered by the sun.
The caterpillar and butterfly sit together in anxiety.
Nathan's going to face hell in this trial... Will he prove his innocence or will his world come to an end by the hands of this unfair Jury. We'll see in the next episode!!
