At a certain location on Mount Kikyo, the Sand Ninja had erected a mysterious barrier.
Within that barrier now stood two colossal beings. One was the dozens of meters tall One-Tail Shukaku, and the other was a samurai of equal height. Looking upon these two creatures, one would feel as if they had stumbled into a kingdom of giants.
"Is that the legendary Susanoo? The power said to allow Madara Uchiha to contend with Hashirama Senju." Rasa's face flickered with a burning gaze one of longing and intense envy.
How wonderful it would be if he were the one to possess such formidable power.
"Rasa, perhaps it is time we leave." Chiyo looked at everything within the barrier with a heavy, cautious gaze. "I feel that staying here is becoming extremely dangerous."
"It seems you are right." Rasa's eyes flickered. Every ability Tianyuan revealed shocked him more than the last. Now that this Susanoo had appeared, Rasa no longer had the confidence to deal with the boy, even with the barrier he took so much pride in.
"But if we leave now, Shukaku..." Rasa's heart ached. If they retreated, Shukaku would undoubtedly be seized and controlled by Konoha.
Ordinary ninja might not be a match for the Tailed Beast, but the ninja gathered on this battlefield were the elites of their respective villages. They could take Shukaku down through sheer numbers alone.
More importantly, Tianyuan possessed the same eyes and the same power as Madara Uchiha once did.
The Mangekyo Sharingan and the Susanoo.
Madara had used his Mangekyo to easily manipulate the Nine-Tails; controlling the One-Tail Shukaku would be even simpler.
"Fine, let's prepare to move." Rasa nodded. Deep down, he was beginning to regret his decision to target Tianyuan.

As for moving against Konoha, Rasa saw no error in that; he truly desired the rich, natural lands of the Land of Fire.
"Prepare to evacuate," Chiyo ordered the ninja below. It was simply too dangerous to remain.
"Not good, someone is coming." Chiyo's expression shifted instantly. "It's ninja from Konoha."
In the sights of Rasa and Chiyo, a team of Konoha ninja led by Orochimaru and Jiraiya appeared. They had run right into them just as they were preparing to flee.
Orochimaru and Jiraiya spotted the Sand Ninja immediately, as well as the towering barrier and the two massive figures looming within it.
Shukaku and the Susanoo.
"Could Tianyuan be inside that barrier?" Jiraiya recognized the One-Tail Shukaku instantly but looked at the other giant with confusion. "One is Shukaku, but what is that other thing?"
Jiraiya muttered to himself, wondering if it was Tianyuan.
"That... that is the ultimate power of the Uchiha, the Susanoo!" a Konoha ninja from the Uchiha clan shouted in awe.
"Susanoo?" Orochimaru recalled that Tianyuan possessed the Mangekyo, the supreme eyes of the Uchiha. He looked closer and spotted a familiar figure within the giant samurai. "Jiraiya, it looks like Tianyuan is fine. He's right inside that Susanoo."
Jiraiya focused his gaze and finally saw the figure as well.
"Is this... still Tianyuan's power?" Jiraiya murmured. Without realizing it, Tianyuan had become so powerful that even Jiraiya could no longer see through him.
And as for that Uchiha power... Tianyuan wasn't even a member of the Uchiha clan.
"Stop overthinking, Jiraiya. The Sand Ninja are trying to retreat. Let's deal with them first; we don't need to worry about Tianyuan for now," Orochimaru said.
"Right. That's the Fourth Kazekage, Rasa, and Lady Chiyo." Jiraiya's eyes sharpened. "Pursue them!"
The Konoha ninja behind them charged directly at the Sand Ninja, while Jiraiya and Orochimaru lunged toward Rasa and the others.
"Damn you!" Shukaku was sent flying once again. Under the might of the Susanoo, the Tailed Beast seemed utterly fragile.
At the same time, Tianyuan noticed the arrival of the Konoha ninja and Rasa's attempt to escape.
"Die!" A pitch-black light gathered at the corner of Shukaku's mouth, forming a dark sphere. This was Shukaku's Tailed Beast Bomb.
"Is that so? Then let's end this quickly." The Susanoo drew the twin blades from its back. It swung them heavily, meeting the incoming Tailed Beast Bomb head-on.
The Tailed Beast Bomb was actually sliced in half, erupting into a terrifying burst of white light.
Violent winds howled, yet they didn't have the slightest effect on the Susanoo or Shukaku.
"How can this be? He blocked a Tailed Beast Bomb?" Shukaku's face was filled with disbelief. Just how strong was this Susanoo? Could it actually be compared to the likes of the Sage of Six Paths?
Tianyuan's Susanoo was currently powered by the strength of a perfect Eternal Mangekyo.
"Shukaku, get a taste of true pain," Tianyuan said slowly. Pitch-black flames began to manifest along the twin blades. Tianyuan's Susanoo was already black, but these flames were even darker.
"Susanoo: Amaterasu." The flames formed intricate patterns, coating the twin blades.
"Heaven and Earth Calamity Slash!" The Susanoo danced through the air, its twin blades swinging with a force that seemed capable of rending the world asunder. It was an attack Shukaku could not hope to dodge.
The power of Amaterasu spread across Shukaku's body.
The intense agony made Shukaku howl in pain. Amaterasu, known as the inextinguishable flame, clung to the beast like an inescapable shadow.
Shukaku's chakra began to rapidly weaken.
"This is the end." The Susanoo walked slowly toward the beast.
"No... wait! Kid, I can become your Summoning Beast!" Shukaku roared desperately.
"Oh? We can talk about that later. For now, I need to break this barrier." Tianyuan drove the long blade directly into Shukaku's body.
Inside the Susanoo, Tianyuan's hands blurred into seals.
"Five Elements: Adamantine Sealing Chains!" Countless golden chains erupted from the long blade, binding Shukaku tightly.
Shukaku's body began to shrink smaller and smaller.
"Now that Shukaku's chakra supply is cut off..." Tianyuan thrust his twin blades directly into the wall of the barrier.
He could feel a powerful force of repulsion pushing back against him.
"Shatter!" The power of the Mangekyo exploded. The flames of Amaterasu erupted from the twin blades.
A sharp cracking sound rang out as the barrier began to fail.
