Jaxon didn't understand why his cruel side hadn't killed this woman, but Jack and Sam believed it was a sign that she might help him heal. Moreover, she had encountered his cruel side several times and managed to survive each time.
"If I punch you, don't you think you will punch me back? I am going to die if you punch me."
Jaxon smiled at that statement. "You got the point."
However, he didn't elaborate more and then walked away from her bedroom.
Fenja stayed still for a while, trying to comprehend what had happened, but then her eyes lit up. She grinned from ear to ear.
"I am rich!" She said to herself. She would have a house, a car, and an endless stream of money and wouldn't need to worry about her life anymore. Only one year! "I need to survive for one year!"
Fenja was filled with energy as she determined to come out of this pack house and survive the Alpha's cruel side, alive.
