Chapter 247 - Chapter 247: The School's Serenity Begins

Chapter 247: The School's Serenity Begins

Location: Seren Tenshin Academy

In the special classroom, Seraph walked to his chair and sat down at his desk.

Seraph sat there, looking extremely tired from not sleeping all night.

Seria chatted cheerfully with Zenon. Most of the conversation was about Seria.

"Hey, how's it going? Let's go. It's time to start our secret operation."

Seria jumped down from Zenon's desk.

Zenon stood up, looking at Seraph, wondering what to do.

"Are we going to start?"

"Hmm, today's a good day. It would be boring not to start."

Seria walked out of the classroom, followed by Zenon.

Leaving Seraph alone in the room.

Seraph saw two children walking out together.

"Staying together while I'm gone?"

Seraph flopped down on the bed, biding his time. Not knowing what else to do, he lay down.

The sound of the wind and the atmosphere were so inviting. They swept in.

Seraph closed his eyes tightly, his body feeling warm.

Time began to pass.

Seraph lay soundly in his sleep. A loud boom echoed through Seraph's room.

Seraph quickly opened his eyes, curious.

He looked around. There was no explosion anywhere.

Seraph looked ahead. There was a magical mouth-shaped object floating in mid-air.

The floating red mouth opened its mouth and began to speak.

"Now, students, it's time for an emergency meeting. Now, gather in the schoolyard. Come on, hurry up!"

Seraph stood up and walked calmly towards the schoolyard.

Along the way, the students watched Seraph, keeping a distance from him.

Everyone was gossiping about Seraph, who was extremely famous.

Seraph ignored him and continued to advance at a leisurely pace, following the path he had prepared for himself.

The surrounding students, none of whom dared to obstruct Seraph's path.

Time began to pass, and students gathered in the schoolyard.

Across the hall stood a picture of a young woman holding scissors.

The ground was decorated with green scissors.

A platform stood in front of the students.

Each student stood in an orderly line.

Above the platform stood the student council members, their majestic figures standing still, their calm expressions capable of subduing the students into giving up their nonsense.

And standing in the center of the student council was Student Council President Sora, who stood with a dignified expression.

The entire class lined up, waiting for the right moment.

"What's going to happen?"

"I don't know. Something seems to be going on."

"What's going on?"

"All the students gathered here. There must be something."

"Look! Look! Isn't that Seraph?"

The students in the back row turned to stare at the famous Seraph.

Seraph stood in the very back row. And close your eyes to avoid attention.

[I'm here, trying to act so innocently. Why are these guys interested in me?]

"Really? You're back?"

"It seems true. I heard your achievements are extraordinary."

"I think it's a lie."

The student council president stood tall, looking at the proud students.

Sora opened his mouth to speak. "Now, students of the proud Seren Tenshin Academy."

"Today is a day of great celebration. The student council has established new rules

and devised a plan for improving you, making you stronger

and helping you promote.

We discussed this topic through one person's thoughts and came to this conclusion.

Sora scanned the students and teachers watching the situation.

"It's simple. We'll divide the two factions into two factions, and hold a competition.

Using combat abilities Meanwhile, a potion-making competition will be held to see who excels in this field.

Sora fell silent, and the students began to talk with curiosity.

"So, does this mean that cultivators must also practice potion-making?"

"Yes, right? A martial artist should use their fighting skills to refine potions?"

"Isn't that weird?"

"No, I think so too."

"So, potion-making instead of focusing on fighting?"

Dani shouted, trying to silence the students.

"Everyone, shut up...!"

The students immediately fell silent.

Sora smiled slightly and continued.

"Alright, we know you're confused. So, I've come up with something.

It's a star. We'll distribute one to each student.

These stars can be used in duels. The winner will receive one star from their opponent.

Anyone who can collect the stars we've given out can exchange them for one gold coin, and the teachers can give them to their students.

If they qualify, they'll receive one gold coin each. Those who lose a star must pay the student council one gold coin per day.

When you accumulate points for school work, you can redeem them for a star.

Dani walked over to Sora. "Alright, time to stop being lazy. Time to get serious about the competition."

Without the competition, there's no enthusiasm for training. This is a message that must be said first.

If this continues, the school will expel the students.

This is the student council's decision.

Those who fail to show improvement have no say. Next, we'll hold a competition.

Those who want to compete in the fighting competition must go to their right.

Those who want to compete in the potions competition must go to their left.

The competition will be held, and the winners will receive appropriate prizes. For you all, go!

The students stood in a daze. The story progressed so quickly, from a simple training school to a fierce competition.

Sora watched as the students all headed to the right, confident in their fighting abilities.

Some students headed left to concoct potions.

Seraph made a swift decision and moved left to concoct potions.

The students' eyes showed fear towards Seraph.

[Concocting potions isn't something I can do, but whatever, this is the way the competition is supposed to be. Losing the first round is enough.]

Time passed, and Seraph arrived at the concocting field.

The students stood still. Inside was a large hall. A large cauldron sat in the center of the room, with a large brown cauldron.

The floor was pitch black.

The teachers stood watching the students approach.

Each student was teleported away. Whoosh!

Seraph stopped walking and was swept away by a green light, just like the other students. Whoosh!

Seraph warps inside, into a square room with a small pot and a sign that says:

Wait, just wait.

The entire room is green, with a pot and the order to wait, just wait.

Seraph, slightly confused, sits on the floor, wondering why he's there.

"What am I supposed to do? Wait, huh? How strange, huh?"

Seraph decides to sit in the green room and wait, as the timer starts counting down.

The venue is the competition, a battle for the title of the strongest competitor in the fighting division.

Seria stands confidently. The surrounding area is empty, with only green, a battlefield.

The entire room is green, and there's Seria and one other person standing still.

It's Seria's senior. His opponent, Senior A, is standing with a sword.

Seria stands holding his sword, a green bracelet hanging from his hand. Senior A...

He's the same as Seria.

Seria jumps around, testing the rules. "The rules say that the bracelet on our arm... Whoever can attack their opponent until the bracelet breaks is the winner. No killing is allowed.

Senior A, a man, runs straight towards Seria. Whoosh!

"Give up, junior!"

Seria tilts his head slightly, looking at the confident senior who charges straight towards him. "A charge and a leap back, I guess."

Senior A runs towards Seria.

His eyes widen in shock. A golden ball of light is right in front of Seria.

The golden light is shining, concealing Seria's amused smile.

Senior A dives back. Whoosh!

"Followed by a slight right tilt and a slash," Seria said softly.

Senior A dives back. Whoosh! He sees a ball of light coming from his right, heading towards him.

Senior A dives slightly to the right and slashes his sword towards the ball of light. Whoosh! Boom!

Senior A dives straight towards him. Whoosh! To approach Seria.

"Come forward and leap into the sky, ready to defend," Seria's voice said, analyzing the senior's movements.

Senior A charged forward.

A golden ball of light shot beneath Senior A's feet. Whoosh!

Whoosh!

Senior A soared into the sky, his sword raised as the ball of light collided with Fuuuuu. Boom!

Senior A was sent flying backwards. Fuuuuu.

"Right foot lands, left foot ready to charge in." The voice remained soft.

Senior A landed on the ground with his right foot. Fuuuuu. Thud!

And his left foot kicked out, sending him towards Fuuuuuuu!

Senior A was stunned. A ball of light shot towards him at the speed of light, waiting for him. Boom!

The green bracelet shattered.

And Seria won the fight.

Senior A was knocked unconscious immediately. He lay there, wondering if he had fought or not.

"And Seria will win the battle. Brother Seraph, please take care of him."
