BATTLE GROUND ~~
Lucian stared at Ava before standing up slowly.
He turned slowly to Carlos.
Actually, Carlos got the power from a witch he took from the battle field. He made her summon the power before killing her. Then he kept the power in a bottle and waited for the right time to strike Ava.
His gaze went to the sword he was holding before looking at his face.
His eyes glowed a dark shade of red and blue. He sped quickly to Carlos and gave him a punch to the jaw. Carlos flew way back falling to the ground with a loud thud.
He tried standing up but then Lucian sped to him punching his face down to the ground. His head cracked as a loud cry left his throat.
He looked back at Xylath and sped to him taking the sword from him before speeding back to Carlos.
He rose the sword and was about to stab him when he screamed.
"No, please don't do this" He said tears escaping his eyes.
Lucian wasn't moved at all by what he said. He lost all his senses the moment he saw Ava's lifeless body on the ground.
"Why should he forgive you when you killed my best friend?!!" Amy yelled walking over to him.
He looked at her then at Lucian before laughing out loudly.
"You think killing me will bring her back?? Hell no! At least I fulfilled Damien's last wish!! She's fúçking gone Lucian. She's fúçking gone!!" He screamed and let out a loud laughter.
Lucian's stabbed the sword into his mouth and blood splattered on his face.
He pulled it out and stabbed Carlos forehead. More blood splattered on his face but he cared less.
His body began shaking on the ground as blood pumped out of the wounds caused by the sword.
Lucian stabbed him on the chest and his shaking stopped. He pulled out the sword and stabbed his head again.
He did it continually and the people watched with mouths opened.
"It's enough Lucian!" Gorya said standing up.
Lucian stabbed him one last time on the head before standing pulling out the sword.
His head was almost separated from his body and his face was unrecognizable. Slowly, his body turned to ashes.
"Why the fuck did you leave?!!" He yelled and she just stared at him.
He sped to her grabbing her neck.
She just stared at him as he tightened his grip. Though she didn't feel any pain.
"You would have stayed to fight with us. You would have prevented Ava's death if you stayed to help!!" Lucian yelled at her face.
She used her index finger to touch his chest and he flew back. She straightened her neck looking at him.
"I am in no position to interfere in any war. The only thing I was assigned to do was to help prevent you from killing Ava. But I did more than that. I helped you both in your love life. I gave you both out of my powers to help you fight the war. I trained Ava. I helped you both get the two swords to assist you in the fight. I loved you and Ava. Mostly Ava cos I saw her as my daughter. I have done too much. I've overstayed my welcome. Me getting involved in the war would have killed I, Ava, you and Amy cos you guys are somewhat connected to me. It's saddening that I had to loose Ava" She said calmly and Lucian inhaled and exhaled.
His gaze travelled to Xylath who hid behind White with a small smile.
"If White was the one choking Ava and the only way to stop that is to stab her, you would have done it. So don't get upset at me alright?" Xylath quickly asked with a small smile.
Lucian inhaled his eyes going back to colour black. He walked towards Ava and knelt beside her touching her cheeks.
"We haven't even made babies and yet you left me" He said and then he furrowed his brows.
"When we mated, aren't our souls like connected to each other?" He asked turning to Gorya.
"Yes"
"I still feel Ava" He said and Gorya walked to her.
She closed her eyes and opened her eyes, hope glittering in them.
"We can bring her back" Gorya said and Maki appeared.
"You'll need all the help you can get to get her out of the underworld. Y'all should form a circle around the two lifeless people" Maki said and Jason looked up at her.
He carried Rina and placed her on the ground beside Ava.
They all formed a circle round the both of them.
"Hold each other's hands" Maki said and they did so.
"Why are you helping?" Gorya asked Maki.
"You can't bring her back on your own so I decided to interfere, just this once" She said and Gorya let out a small smile.
"Close your eyes and focus your energy on them." Maki said and everyone did as they were told.
The energy formed was a lot and Maki smiled.
"White" Maki called and White opened her eyes looking at her.
"Gorya" Maki called and Gorya faced her.
"Let's bring them back" She said and they nodded.
Maki stood at the side of Rina while White stood at the side of Ava. Gorya stood in front of both of the girls laying on the ground.
"By daylight, we call you back,
Ava and Rina, return to our track.
From death's realm, come forth to life,
With love and memory, cut through strife.
"Mother Goddess, hear our plea,
Bring them back, set their souls free.
By ancient power, we revive,
And reunite, with hearts alive."
"Spirits of the land, we invoke thee,
Lend us your power, to revive and set free.
By force of will, by heart's desire,
We bridge the chasm, and their souls acquire.
"Return to us, dear Ava and Rina, we pray,
And let thy spirits, once more, sway.
In this realm, where love and memory stay,
We call thee back, to live another day."
Ava and Rina's body rose up in the air glowing a light shade of blue..
