Chapter 2 - No Regrets

Vivian claimed she didn't do it on purpose, but Yohan never believed her. He was convinced she knew she was pregnant and had just been looking for some idiot to pin it on.

Some women are nasty like that.

Yohan mixed all the ingredients into one green mush. One taste told him how bitter it was. Still, he took a deep breath and gulped it all down. Within moments, it knocked him out cold.

When he woke up hours later, his body was covered in a thick, foul-smelling black substance.

'I better go wash up.'

To his surprise, it was already late at night.

In the bathroom, as he stared into the mirror, he finally saw just how much had changed. His face was now more slender and striking. He looked taller, his physique lean and muscular.

Yohan blinked in disbelief.

"Even my cock's bigger," he muttered with a grin.

That book was the real deal.

After taking a bath, he stepped into the kitchen, hunger gnawing at him.

Vivian was already there, drinking water. The dim light exposed the faint shape of her nipples beneath her thin nightgown—just enough to stir something inside him.

'Was she always this sexy?'

Yohan stood silently for a while before she noticed him.

"Yohan, you're awake. There's still some leftovers if you're hungry…" Her voice trailed off when she noticed him staring directly at her chest.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" she asked.

"Nothing," he replied, walking toward her, slowly forcing her to back up until she reached the counter.

Her breasts were full—bigger than her daughter's—and her figure thick and curvy. Yohan couldn't help himself. If this was a dream and he was to wake up in a hospital bed afterward, he wouldn't even mind—as long as he got to do this one thing.

"Yohan?"

He suddenly raised his hand and cupped one of her breasts.

Her eyes went wide. "Yohan, what are you doing?!"

But he didn't answer. He leaned in and kissed her. She froze, lips pressed against his for a few seconds. But when he tried to slip in his tongue, she shoved him away.

"Are you drunk?!" she snapped, her cheeks flushed red. "What the hell are you doing?!"

"Keep your voice down, unless you want to wake Uncle," Yohan said calmly, raising a finger to his lips.

"And why shouldn't I? I should tell him myself!"

"If you do that," Yohan said, "then I'll have no choice but to tell him the truth."

"What truth?"

"That Cassie isn't his daughter."

Her breath caught. Her voice dropped. "W-what do you mean? Why would you—"

"No need to deny it. I know. And I don't care, honestly. I just want you to do as I say, and no one ever has to find out."

"I… I can't."

"Yes, you can." Yohan wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her close. She didn't resist—at least, not much.

"You can't do this, Yohan. Your uncle—"

His hands moved lower, cupping her ass firmly, fingers parting her soft cheeks. She wasn't wearing panties, and that only heightened the sensation.

Vivian gripped his shoulders to keep from losing balance—just enough for Yohan to slip a finger between her thighs.

Her eyes widened again. She gasped softly. He could feel how wet she was.

Then, all at once, she shoved him away.

Her face was red with embarrassment and anger as she slapped him hard across the face, then ran out of the kitchen and into her room, leaving Yohan standing there, stunned. He rubbed his cheek.

That slap wasn't unexpected—but the pain? No way this was a dream.

A wide grin crept across his face. This wasn't a dream. It was real. He had actually gone back to the past.

"Then… what have I just done?" he muttered. "Aunt Vivian's going to report me. And Uncle might actually kill me."

He shook his head. "No. I can't think like a kid. Even if this is real, I can still get away with it. She won't say anything. She knows how Uncle is. He'd never forgive her if he found out."

He nodded to himself.

"Yeah. She has more to lose."

---

Vivian lay on the bed beside her husband, eyes wide open. One thought kept echoing in her mind:

How did he know?

She had hidden the truth so well—even Cassie didn't know. No one did. She was the only one who knew she was already pregnant before she started dating her husband.

She had never told a soul.

Was it just a lucky guess? No. Yohan had said it with too much confidence.

How…? How is this possible?

The life she worked so hard to build was now on the verge of collapse, all because of one mistake.

'but why would Yohan demand something like that…' her face blushed slightly.

Back in his room, Yohan was busy studying—something he had never done in his entire life. The book was filled with all sorts of remarkable knowledge, and he couldn't help but wonder who had written it all.

It clearly wasn't the work of just one person, yet there was no information about any authors or publishers. When he searched the book's title online, nothing came up. Not a single mention.

"Just where did this come from?"

Maybe it's connected to my coming back in time, he thought. Either way, he knew he couldn't tell anyone about it. This book was his ticket—the thing that could change his life forever.
