The Grove was hushed, save for the gentle rustle of leaves and the soft hum of the plant bats flitting above the newly planted Night Bloom seeds. Though the seeds had rooted, Lira knew that waiting for them to bloom naturally could take weeks, perhaps even months. Her heart ached to see the flowers fully awaken—their magic, their energy, and the balance they would bring to the nocturnal ecosystem.
"We can't just wait," Lira murmured, opening the Book at a page that glowed faintly with runes and diagrams. "The Grove is growing rapidly, but these blooms are essential. We need them now, for the Night Pollinators and the balance of the ecosystem."
The Giant Old Spirit Tree's deep voice rumbled from the base of its trunk, vibrating gently through the ground. "Then you shall prepare another potion of accelerated growth, Lira. The recipe is in the Book, but you must follow it carefully. Too much energy, and the plants may overwhelm their roots. Too little, and the effect will be minimal."
